I was having some pretty terrible neck and back pain and figured I should go to a doctor. While I had the neck pain I was looking for maybe a massage on Groupon to help relieve tension and I saw there was a deal to see Dr. Shows. I was scared since I only saw a few reviews and was nervous that it would be a scam or something. I called and scheduled for the following week and I loved my visit. Dr. Shows explained everything to me, did some neurological testing, tested my strength, did a X Ray and did the adjustment. After that visit, I was able to lift my arm past my shoulder again. I still had some pain but it was much better. Then I had another visit today to go over my X Rays and used the IQ machine. He can pinpoint where the pain is and what parts of my spine are misaligned. I feel comfortable there and I’m happy to keep going. It seems pricey ($50 per visit after the first) but it is well worth it. I was buying lidocaine patches and popping ibuprofen like it was m&ms, and so far I haven’t had to use either since last week. I highly recommend giving his office a try, it will take time to get restored and whatnot, getting an adjustment isn’t just a one and done deal. But so far I’m super pleased with the staff and Dr. Shows.
