Shrimp Factory, Moreno Valley CA

Angel was our server and was very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. The food was on point and the prices were reasonable. The next time in the area, I will definitely be returning.

Knock off version of Boiling Crab. To top it all off no actual prices on the menu for the shrimp so they can skate the prices off you by the time you get the bill its too late. Asked for the headless and deveined shrimp and nobody told me it would be extra. Usually the server will tell you, “Oh thats an extra charge, is that okay? ” but nothing until we got the bill. On top of that the shrimp wasn’t packed with any kind of flavor. Thats my fault for not getting the regular shrimp as I wanted something easier to consume w less peeling. Service was good and the atmosphere was alright. Only true complaint was the miscommunication on their part and flavorless shrimp.

This little place is much better than most of the big-name cajun seafood places nearby. Their house seasoning is the best.

I ordered 2 lb of king crab legs and one of their $32.99 specials.then my goddaughter ordered the 32.99 special with the King crab. (We were not asked if the orders were together since my goddaughter ordered half an hour after us.) They bought us one pair of scissors and a small basket. There were no food trays to put the food or shells in, there were flies everywhere, and no utensils at all. We kept asking for things because we didn't get it. They gave us one pair of scissors for two people eating crab. They were very slow on service and did not come back for a while to check up on us, but we did get refills on drinks. We were the only ones in there for a while. My goddaughter did not get everything in her bag and it was missing the sausage. The waitress assumed she didn't want it because my sister and I did not want it. But when you take a order you're supposed to ask the person what they need regardless of who they are with. The muscles and the shrimp were overcooked and very rubbery. We asked for bags to take food and we ended up getting them ourselves. I would not recommend this place. Once home I was on the toilet.

Food was very fresh, Service was amazing atmosphere is fun and great music. A must visit. "J" was my waitress so welcoming and pleasant. I will be back for the Seafood Boil.

Our server Jey was very attentive (as she always is). The food was great, as always, and I looked forward to bringing more business to this establishment.

The food was very good and our server JJ was awesome. She was the only server working and was on Q. She anticipated our needs before we had a chance to ask! She was really friendly.

Worst service ever…
Never I’ll go to this place again the waitress was so rude. I had a special request in my food and they did not meet my expectations just didn’t care about us…

I went yesterday with my friend for the first time, I’m not a fan of seafood so I order the wings and let me tell you about those Cajun wings, I’ve never had anything that tasted that good! We also ordered micheladas and our server Jey Jey made them, that woman has a special touch! Her service was amazing and we felt so welcome & comfortable with her. Definitely will be returning!

Jey Jey is the best! She is super friendly and a real sunshine will come back every time just so she can take care of us!

Went there with my family, told us we can’t sit together or have to pay 15% more on the bill and no other way around, the food is already expensive as it is very bad service and rude.

They charge a 15% service fee on top of the tip we even asked if we could sit separately but they still wanted the 15% fee.

Had a very well made Michielada made by JEYS special recipe definitely going back for more highly recommended (mango flavor)!

The shrimp with the fries were terrible. Horrible! The shrimp were cooked to long. A word of advice. If the head and the tail of the shrimp touches each other, it’s cooked too darn long. I got shrimp w/fries at the Boiling Crab in San Diego and it was perfect. The shrimp at the Boiling Crab was twice the size of the laugh, I mean shrimp factory. The shrimp factory shrimp is a joke. The next time I got to SD I will take a picture of the shrimp so the shrimp factory will know how to cook them. The fries were good. I will let you know how the gumbo taste.
