It was finally time to remodel our small, old and outdated bathroom. We had no idea where to start or who to contact but after researching online and reading their many 5-star reviews we contacted Shugarman’s.

We are truly grateful to Shugarman’s, their wonderful team, superior product quality and stellar customer service. Everything was exactly as stated and on time every step of the way.
We made the right decision replacing our old bathtub with the new frameless shower, including a bench and bars. It’s gorgeous and we love it! We couldn’t be happier.

This company has great workers! I just had my shower redone and it looked great and both Chewy (sp?) and his helper were thoughtful, with great attention to detail. Highly recommend! I also had a visit from Jesus today to check on a question about my plumbing and the new install and he went above and beyond to give great service! I would hire this company again for sure. I also loved Susan, the saleslady. I felt heard and helped with every call in.

Replaced bathtub and surround with new walk-in shower. Every aspect of the project was handled in a professional manner.

Phillip explained every aspect of the project and our options during the consultation. He answered our questions and provided a detailed estimate.

They were very responsive when it came to scheduling. Demolition and install actually occurred ahead of schedule.

Poncho did an amazing job with the demo and install. He did everything possible to keep things neat and clean throughout the process; putting down drop cloths and cleaning up at the end of the day. He also did his best not to inconvenience us. Francisco and another gentleman also helped out when needed. All three gentlemen were friendly, polite, professional, and wore masks.

We’re very happy with the new shower and surround. Shugarman’s was the best choice for our situation.

I had a bathtub and surrounding walls replaced last week by Shugarman’s Bath and I could not be happier with all aspects of the job. The representative who came to my home, Phillip, is just the nicest guy! He was professional, friendly, and informative. There was no sales pitch, just presenting the facts, answering all my questions and giving me a price. I told him I needed to think it over and he was absolutely supportive of that which I appreciated. The scheduler, Naja, was also great to work with…. Very timely in her communications and responsive. The day of installation was a breeze. I was sure my job would run into 2 days but Shane and his assistant, Michael, were amazingly efficient and got the job done in 1 day. The process was so efficient and well thought out. My home and their work area was kept super clean and neat during the install. The details of the install are meticulously perfect. I’ve never seen such precise caulk lines! I highly recommend Shugarman’s. It was a great experience!

The work was completed about 7 months ago. Our shower area was flooded out by our upstairs nieghbor. We chose Shugarman to do our shower. Our shower area was demo to the frame by a restoration company. Shugarman came in and had a blank slate to work with.
They measured ordered and we waited. It was in the middle of the pandemic so things were taking long. Thought everything came in and we were ready to go and was told they forgot to order the panels. They installed a temporary panel till ours came in. Ours finally showed up and they finished the work. From start to finish was about 4 months.
We love the product but the workmanship fell short. First the installer scratched the shower door frame, never said anything and tried to cover it up with a marker to hide scratch (ok can live with that) then noticed the front edge sticks out on the left bottom about a 1/4th inch. Instead of cutting the baseboard they put the panel over it and chaulk the gap. Nobody will really notice except probably me so I left it go. They installed the shower seat off by about 5 inches, which made it awkward to use, but we dealt with it.
Couple of months, started to notice the almost $400 shower seat (we purchased and they installed) started to discolor where the screws mount the lower bar. They did not use the stainless steel screws in a couple of the mounting brackets so the other screws started to rust and damage the plastic mounts. Not wanting them back out again I spent months trying to located replacement parts (which are not available) then looked into having some fabricated. Finally ended up getting another $400 shower seat and spent entire day removing the one they installed with 2 wrong rusted screws and they stripped 3 of the other 6 screws so I had to drill them out and installed the shower seat myself properly.
I highly recommend the product, we love the panels, and the non slip shower pan, but the amount of time it took from ordering, getting the order correct and finally poorly installed made it so I would not recommend.

Sugarmans remodeled our master bath shower. Pancho our installer did a wonderful job on our project. Sugarmans kept us informed about our jobs time frame and progress. Our surfaces were covered and floors were protected with tarps. On completetion everything was thoroughly cleaned.

There were issues between communication from the salesman to the ordering department on what I wanted my project to look like. I was also promised I would be contacted at each step of the process and I believe all times except once, I had to call them for updates. The original install time frame was off by a month (they said it was delays due to COVID which I understand but still annoying especially since I had to call them for updates on this).

With that said the best part was the install. The install guys were great! Respectful, clean, efficient and nice. No issues on the install side, their main issue seems to be on the ordering and sales side. I am happy with the final product.

Edit: I’ve had problems with a defective shower pan for the last couple of months. They have insisted on coming out multiple times (this next time will be the fourth time) to “re-assess” the situation each time. Between them not installing certain things correctly and taking so long to look into problems I would probably never use this company again.

Best experience ever! The ladies were very professional, cleaned everything thoroughly each day, went out of their way to get answers for our questions, very polite, and worked very hard to complete their tasks. A problem arose which was a product flaw and they did their best to turn things around fast. Highly recommend this company and those two ladies!

We choose Shugarmans bath and Chreen and Kristen were amazing. The job was originally quoted for 4 days and it took less than that. They both were efficient, professional and courteous. Always taking the time to explain what they were doing and answered all of the numerous questions we had. Highly recommend this duo. I wish I had the before pictures to show what a huge improvement it was! Ask for them! You won’t be disappointed.

Very good workmanship. Paco and his partner, whose name escapes me, were excellent. They cleaned up thoroughly and when they left we had a new shower, exactly as we ordered.
My only complaint is that they took 3 months to start a day and a half project. All things considered I’ll recommend Shugarman’s!

The installer was an amazing young man from South Africa who was professional, efficient, considerate, and would be a great representative of Shugarman’s as a high-quality employee. 10 gold stars

We finally decided to take the plunge and tear out the OLD tub and replace it with a walk in shower. I spoke with numerous contractors and after reviewing all quotes we decided to go with Sugarman's. Erik helped us pick out the design and walked us through the process. It was easy and headache free. There was a delay in the job starting because of the supply chain slow down but that is totally out of their control and happening in all aspects of consumer life right now. Getting upset with the contractors because they can't get materials just doesn't make any sense. They want to work!
Michael P.was our installer and did a fantastic job. Our home was built in 1964 and drains have been slow for quit some time. After Michael tore out the existing tub/tile he found that the drains were not draining as quickly as he wanted so he went to get a snake and spent the better part of the day making sure our drains and pipes worked efficiently before starting the new install. Let me just say.what a difference 2 days makes! Our bathroom is unrecognizable.in the best way! Michael was very patient and answered all of my questions, did not rush through the job, although I am still floored that he did all of that work in 2 days! And it only took extra time because our drains needed attention. His attention to detail is obvious with the finished product. We could not be happier with our experience and are looking forward to having Michael come do our 2nd bathroom! I cannot say enough good about Shugarman’s Bath! Every step of the way was made easy, communication was excellent, price was right, and most importantly, the final product was perfect! Special Kudos to Zack, Brando and Ryan!

Michael from Sugarman's replaced a bath/tub for me and did an outstanding job. The workmanship was excellent and Michael was very professional and answered any questions we had. Very pleased.

Shugarmans converted our bathtub to a walk-in shower. Shugarmans had the best options and materials and were less expensive than others I received quotes from. They told me it would take about 3 months to get the materials due to the pandemic, but they received the materials 6 weeks early and installed our shower two days later. Shugarmans communicated with me throughout the process-I never had to wonder what the status of my order or installation was or what the next step was. The installers were excellent and completed the project on time without any issues. The remodel took two days, exactly what they had said it would from the beginning. The shower looks beautiful. Shugarmans customer service is exceptional as well. The day after the installation was complete, the customer service manager called to make sure I was happy with the work and to ensure I had their phone number in case we had any questions and to remind me of their lifetime warranty. The total experience was fantastic and I am so glad I went with Shugarmans and the Bath Planet product. See before and after photos below.
