We recently replaced the flooring in our entire house, and working with Sid’s—from learning about the variety of flooring types through samples and final selection—was a great experience. Don Bond was extremely communicative through the process (our first time wading through the myriad of options these days) and always made sure we were feeling good about the project and it’s progress. The installation went smoothly and the install team were fantastic. I would recommend Sid’s without hesitation and would use them again for my own flooring needs.

Although not complete/ installed yet, our experience with Syd’s and our sales lead Sinda, have been great. We came into store near closing, and the patience and detailed explanations on bothered product and understanding our needs were incredible. This is a A+ operation. I had a horrible experience with attempting to get carpet installed by Home Depot. You name it, they managed to mix it up and mess it up (and I mean everything)! Even my reimbursement is going painful. BUT, SID'S CARPET BARN saved me! Backed into a corner I was with deadlines for a rental, I called Sid's and Sinda orchestrated a hassle order and install was scheduled within days. This was a relief because I was handling all the logistics from overseas. Sinda and team were fabulous! The installation, per my property manager, "Looks GREAT! Sids carpet barn was very accommodating when I had to change the installation dates three times and the materials used twice. Once installed, it looked beautiful.

Juan assisted me with all my questions and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond by allowing me to take samples home. I don't like the $95 price to remove existing carpet because I think that should be a freebie if I'm replacing just one room. Other than that, I would recommend.

I was only carpeting one room, so I got a fabulous price on a remnant of high-quality all wool carpet I probably wouldn't have splurged on otherwise. The customer service was fast, attentive, and flexible when I needed to move my install date. I will definitely recommend Sid's Carpet Barn out to my clients in the future!

I've used Sid's on several occasions. I've always been pleased with the quality of carpet and installation workmanship. This time was no different.

The one complaint I have was clean up after installation. Both my garage and driveway were covered in carpet fibers. There was no evidence that the installers cleaned up other than the scraps of carpet left behind at my request. At least those were rolled or folded. It's been a week since then and I am still sweeping up carpet fibers.

Jason was great! I was having a new couch delivered and wanted the wood look tile installed before it came. Jason worked out an install that made that possible. Love the completed look!
