Clean. GREAT PT. Food my dog would reject. Staff a mixed bag of caring and kind and don't ask me to do that it's below my pay grade. Admin? I'm sure they are there somewhere. 2 stars because of woeful under staffing. Also there was undisclosed covid in the building when i was admitted. Sanitation by staff not the best. I left early.

Great Care for my mom and the facility is in great shape. The Nursing staff is amazing and did well also the rehabilitation is also next to none.
