I never make reviews since I'm not really a tech savvy guy, but, I took my dog in for some treatment for some congestion and coughing he had developed and must I say, treatment here is effective almost immediately. I noticed my fur baby feeling better after the 2nd or 3rd day. The techs and receptionists up front are sweethearts and amazingly helpful. The doctor, although fairly quiet, gave me SOME info. I was upset since it wasn't a thorough examination in my opinion and he didn't do much talking at all. To sum my whole experience here up, the treatment I received here was great, but, the doctor being an older doctor is just not as enthusiastic as I had hoped. The girls up front definitely made up for it. Although at this point, it seems to me that the doctor should just retire at this point. They are an old fashioned hospital still using paper rather than computers/tech which there is nothing wrong, but, I wish the doctor was more talkative, which is why I made the comment that he should just retire since the rest of the reviews here can back me up.

Terrible place to bring your pet, please don’t do it if you want them to live. The doctor don’t know half the time what his doing. I brought my cat for an infection (he was moving and playing fine before) but die the same day after consultation. I don’t even know what he injected on my cat, and all he could said was that he was trying to help him. I been to other animal hospitals and if they can’t do anything to save the pets they let you know before doing anything else, this doctor didn’t and when I confronted him he called me crazy. Just please save your money, and your pets from this “doctor”

This is a scam of a vet. I brought my puppy for being sick. The doctor insisted on every exam and every X-ray which ran up the bill to 700 dollars before they could tell me anything. I returned to be told everything was clear and she actually had parvo.a parvo test was only 35 dollars. After being told she had parvo they added another 700 in medication which was most likely not gonna work due to how late we caught it. Unfortunately this was another 700 we couldn’t afford. So we then had to ask them to put her to sleep. A puppy, a puppy that could have been saved if the “dr” didn’t run up our bill with every test in the book. I personally feel like the puppy had a chance until the dr priced us out of saving her by adding on extra test and x rays looking for chewed bones in her intestines.instead of checking her for the the most important and dangerous one of them all parvo.just seeing this vet in maps made me sick

Dr. Kim is an older Asian man. Poor English, and wearing a mask. I could not understand him. I started yelling out of frustration. All I need was a bandage change on my dog, but he wanted to do stitches, but at a later date. Def not an emergency clinic.

Horrible dr don’t take your pets here! Dr doesn’t even check animal and just wants money! Can’t even understand what he is saying! Makes up stuff as he goes!

Friendly greeting by receptionist. Veterinarian doctor asked questions and did a great job on my dogs check up. Really satisfied with visit.

Their system and methods are old fashioned everything is hand written and the vet doesn't really seem to care about pets he's not gentle with pets and he definitely doesnt take his time examining the animals the clinic seems a bit dirty as well

Honestly, I should have read the reviews before coming here. To say that this Dr is unprofessional is an understatement. I’m not really the type to make reviews even if Ive had an unpleasant visit but I had to make one for this. The vet techs and staff were nice and welcoming but once you see the doctor is a whole different story. I’m a dog trainer, I came to get a dogs ears taped/posted and paid $40 just to check his weight and temperature and also told me he couldn’t help me and to massage his ear. Took me about 3 minutes in and out and had to talk to the vet tech the whole time to ask questions because he did not want to come and talk to me personally nor did he want to talk to the dogs owners over the phone. Literally told me to go back to the place he usually tapes his ears. Hopefully no one goes through this, not worth your money and time. I am not surprised on how empty it was.
