I was very hesitant of coming here but I’m glad I did, the staff was super friendly and helped me get the best wash for my car the girls at the register are always welcoming and super friendly when you come in! The price is reasonable compared to another car wash down the street from this one. I understand the wait time might be inconvenient for some but then again, you’re coming to a car wash where they’re doing the job FOR YOU, it’s also a HAND WASH not a drive thru wash so, yes there is a wait time and if it’s not something for you then I would recommend going somewhere else. Overall I love coming here, after your 10 washes you can get a free one so that’s a plus. Great service and great staff!

They quoted us $100 over their posted prices and would not explain why. We didn’t leave the car and as we were driving away they were talking about us. Felt very uncomfortable went somewhere else.

I got my Ford Escape washed yesterday. These must be the laziest car washers ever. My inside wash covered in dust. They missed so much of my interior. I was so mad when I got home, after sitting outside in 105 degree weather. I could have done a better job. Seriously, just use a cheap drive thru and then wipe down your dash. IT will save you $40.

This place is a scam and false adevertise! I brought my truck advertise says $20.99 when i went up they charged me for suv $30.99 which advertise also says $22.99 por suv, the lady at the front desk is super rude her explanations make no sense they have her there to steal she has not customer service at all. First and last time here

This place is pricey. They said my Chevy Equinox was a SUV which it is but it's a small SUV. No bigger than a sedan. So hence the additional charge. With tip, looking at about $35! Too much. They take the car to the back and hose it down with a power wash. They don't even use their blower equipment to dry the cars. Probably to save cost. Takes about an hour to complete the process which is way too long in my opinion. Quick quack seems to be the better way to go. Even if you have to dry and vacuum yourself.

Stay away & do not bring your vehicle for a wash here if you are looking for a 100% hand wash. They use brushes here, just a heads up if you love to protect your paint do not come to this car wash. Not a hand wash car wash.

Spend $42 told the guy no sent and no arm roll inside or on the tires. He said he don't understand what I am telling him. And then his manager came another Hispanic person. He said he don't understand what I am saying so I came home and that was my day.

I like this place good service sometimes it takes a long time because they have a lot of work but I recommend it is good

It's true, customer service is horrible. The cashier's name is "Rosa". She doesn't care that the workers damaged my tuxmat (floormat brand). She told me to write my number and the owner would call me back. I asked for the owner's name and she didn't respond. I never got a call from anyone. Let's see the "owner" responds with to this review.

Background:
Paid $60 including tip for handwash. I told the order person that the mats are not removable and to just vacuum and wipe the tops. Well, they tried to remove them and broke off the plastic tabs. Now the driver side floor mat moves around.

The windshield was still dirty and the door openings weren't wiped.

Like others have said, save your hard-earned cash and wash yourself. I won't be returning to this place.

Use to take my car their before, 2020. The car got old and I took to the drive through carwash. This new car of mine needs tender loving care. And they took care of it. I had no issues.

Worst place ever been here for about 30 plus minutes and still haven't finished with my car, it's the worst 24.99 I've spent on a carwash stop here cause it look good, please don't come and waste your money, says under new management, to bad they are under staffed and take toooo long

They washed my car seats and they turned out the same, they just got them wet too bad because I paid for a bad job.
