Sierra Commons Dental Group and Orthodontics, Palmdale CA

This place is very slow. I will say the people are nice but the standard appointment/cleaning took almost 2 hours. I was sitting there forever. It is very frustrating to when they try to push procedures on you even though you explicitly state no. Again the people are nice, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

One of the best dentist offices I've had! They have you in and out quickly, and if you need additional work, they will do it same day if you can, so you don't need another appointment. Very comfortable (and I hate dental work and cleanings).

I was referred to this place by my dentist for extractions. Might switch over because this team was delightful and kind. Although it was a little difficult in the beginning to get a hold of someone they eventually got me settled with an appt. Being my first time going through anesthesia, I was really nervous. Dr. Koury did an excellent job in calming me down and the actual procedure itself. After the extraction, they even gave me a goody bag with gauze, jello, water, a clip magnet, some cold packs and instructions on post care. Highly recommend him and the staff.

Angela the hygienist is super professional and genuinely concerned about u. Rest of the staff very nice too.

Best dental office! The staff is uncommonly kind. I suffer from migraines so they gave me darkening glasses, closed the binds and turned out the lights for my exam and cleaning. Who does that? ! They are so accommodating and genuinely caring. I wholeheartedly recommend this office!

Love the Dentists and staff, but appointments have to be done too far in advance and wait time to in the office is also long before being called in to be seen.

Dr O’pallick made sure I had all my questions and concerns addressed throughout the whole process. She is personable and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her and this friendly office for anyone looking for a new dental family!

The service and care provided here is amazing. The front staff is super friendly and the providers are so kind an explain treatment plans very detailed and in an understanding way! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Had an appointment with Dr. Koury for wisdom teeth extractions and he was the best! No swelling and minimal pain/discomfort post op. Will definitely recommend to friends and family for all dental needs. Great staff and doctors

Best treatment ever. Root canal went flawless. The dentist and hygienist were so calm and gentle. I was shocked I didn’t feel a thing. They mentioned they wanted it to be forgettable and not traumatizing. Well, it was memorable because the care was superior.

I love it here. The doctors and the specialists are very easy with their patients and they make sure they take care of their patients needs. The front and back office staff are awesome and very friendly.

I don't have enough words to describe my recent visit to Sierra Commons. Dr. O'Pallick and Niki were amazing with my and my sons care. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super patient. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of today. Definitely a great experience from start to finish.

Great office location, easy to schedule everything, and amazimg quality of care/service overall! The dental hygienist Niki here is also a miracle worker, I thought my teeth were long gone due to some periodontal issues and she was able to clean them up so nicely, very grateful for the quality of care here

Sierra Commons Dental Group and Orthodontics is a horrible nightmare. Dr. Uppal (my then-dentist) recommended polishing a particular tooth. I agreed. Please note: the dentist's assistant (Penny) NOR the dentist, Dr. Uppal, administered a numbing agent. I have autism, so my naivité was greatly exploited. Dr. Uppal asked me how I felt after the polish, and I told him it felt numb. Penny (the dental assistant) passed me the mirror and, in my naivety, exclaimed You have brought me back to life. Little did I know the AGONY that befell me for two weeks after the dentist appointment.

I will file a Complaint with the Dental Board through the California Department of Consumer Affairs. If it happened to me, it could happen to anyone, which is dentistry Malpractice and a violation of my consumer rights. The least they could have done was offer a numbing agent. The only good thing about the experience was the hygienist, Angela.

Yes, TESLA charging stations are next to their offices, but dental negligence is unacceptable. No matter how “cool” the place is—I wouldn’t wish this even on my worst enemy.

People like me, who have autism, are vulnerable to such Malpractice, and it needs to STOP! I speak for the disability community. We deserve to be treated with the best care and treatment as anyone else. We don’t deserve MORE suffering. Imagine, I paid out-of-pocket and was submitted to such agonizing pain. I do not recommend Sierra Commons Dental Group and Orthodontics. Please look elsewhere.

Angela makes my time in the chair a very positive time! She explains the what and the why to her process and has been a great encouragement to me I handling my periodontal disease! I actually look forward to my cleanings now! Also love the updated technology and equipment used by her!
