This place is horrible. The lady is super rude and has no idea what customer service is. How is she still in business? I've heard nothing but bad things about this place from everyone I've talked to.

I've been in there several times and it seems like the lady likes to lowball people who she thinks don't have an idea of what they have and what it's worth I will be going in there with some scrap gold to sell today I know the weight of it the purity the current market value of gold and what it's worth I'm going to have her check it telling her that I'm not sure what the purity is or how much it's worth and see what kind of price she throws at me if she low Ball's me I'll be calling the better business bureau

True that some people cannot be customer oriented, but why are they usually in a customer service job? She is an owner so makes no sense.
They are honest for sure but I get what the reviewers are saying. He is a good guy but you usually get to talk to her and she only does foreign coins!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. She is an absolute crook. Do not take your gold there. She will lie to your face and offer you 70% or less of spot. Go to Reno. Many reputable gold dealers there.
