Sierra Grill Smokehouse reviews
14Cafeteria food that's not very good. I love cafeteria food this place bottom of the list on quality. Staff is super helpful. Product is the downfall. We got the bbw platter. Nothing about it made me think it was even cooked on a pit.
Place has the bbq vibe and staff were friendly. Saddly the reason for the rating is the food was just blah. Everything needed more seasoning from the ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. The frys were ho hum but the onion rings were the one item l that was spot on. The Mac and cheese was also just bland. Be clear nothing was bad and portion sizes were fine. Just would like to see the cooks put more flavor into the items.
Thank You. My Sister Debbie and I Really enjoyed the full Stack and Pouched eggs and Crab cakes. Plus are Waitress was wonderful.
Not great, not awful. Expecting hot meat, but food came out lukewarm/cold. Still had flavor and staff was nice.
Great Bbq spot with a fantastic crew. Linda Lou and her staff are just amazing. Love them mudslides
Do not use their website to make a delivery order. They use Doordash and reenter the address. They sent their dasher order to the wrong address (Yes - I called Doordash and it was a completely different address) and would not comp my missing order. They shouldn't be using Doordash in the first place. I spoke to Door Dash and it was 100% Sierra Grill's fault. Unfortunately Sierra Grill would not listen to me. The sad thing is that I enjoyed eating here and would frequently visit for lunch meetings with my company. I paid over $50 for nothing. Very disappointed with the way I was treated.
The appetizers were great but the ribs and brisket weren't. Maybe it was an off day since everyone I know loves it here.
We ordered $80 worth of food. Which they got the order wrong. Gave us two avocado burgers when one was supposed to be a bacon burger, said they were going to remake the burger, didn’t re make it, and scraped the avocado off the bun. Then Ordered buffalo wings, gave us barbecue and after sending them back they just slapped the buffalo sauce over on top of the barbecue. THEN we proceeded to play pool for the remainder of the time being there (2pm-4: 30), when we were done we walked out AND as we were getting in the car the Bartender, Brunette with a Bigger build who is always there, followed us out to stop us and say “if you’re gonna rack up an 80$ tab and play pool for half the day and not even tip then don’t come back. ” Keep in mind we are teenagers, and it is not illegal to not leave a tip. And on Football sunday, they didn’t NEED our tip. This used to be a regular weekend thing for my friends and I. We are never rude and have great table manners, wont be returning. All because we are teenagers and not the average customer they see.
I ate breakfast with the hamsteak and the piece of ham was so big they had to put it on its own plate. It was delicious and Kelly, our waitress, was a delight. I love her.
Lot's of food for your $$$
Really friendly staff and they actually work instead of being on their phones. Will return definitely.
If you want quantity, this is your place. I felt like I was in the deep south with BBQ. Good food, friendly, but environment not inviting.
This is our (my hubby & I) 'go to' Breakfast Spot. We love the food and love the service!
Love this place. Food, atmosphere and people are great. Just make sure you don't end up at this great place on a slow night are the hrs vary depending since it's family owned. Is what I was told.
Always great food and service here. I highly recommend Sierra Grill to satisfy your hunger. Full bar there too.
