I missed an appointment for first time with them, I told them I forgot. The receptionist Ann Marie said “Okay. I just texted you yesterday” with a little hint of snare I hear. Nope, she didn’t. She then told me I need a new referral from my MD. I didn’t put up a fight, I don’t want any business with a place with issues just because I missed an appointment. I am a sorry for forgetting my appointment, but I also have other things I’m running around about. It’s just sounds a little ridiculous.
