This lake is absolutely beautiful. The Rock formations, the beaches and I found it to be just breathtaking.

Purchased in good faith two containers of night crawlers. We got to our fishing hole, went to bait up and both containers had no live crawlers. No fishing for us. I took them back to the marina store at day end and asked for a refund. The young gentleman behind the desk told me they must have got a bad batch of worms and they would have to take a look later. No refund, no fishing and no fish dinner for our vacation. Customer service is non existent. They need responsible honest adults employed there and not lazy kids.

Of course this is one of my favorite hot spots. Sad about one of the largest fires that hit California 'the creek fire'. But Big Creek, shaver, Huntington, auberry and what we all call the 4 lane will come back. Cressman store will be back. Wait and see!

Seth and the crew are awesome very informative and detail oriented. I was impressed with their service. And their boats and prices are legit. I'll be back to see you guys soon thanks. The rental prices are way cheaper than bass lake. I paid $700 for a 12 person pontoon at bass lake Sierra only charges $280

Haven't had the opportunity to use their boat storage. The staff at the store are always helpful and friendly. The boat ramp and dock are user friendly on both sides. (Just know that there's rocks on the northern side of the northern ramp that extend way out) There's 2 lanes on either side, of the 1 dock in the middle. There's free parking above in a large lot. Or a few more places up on the 168. There's also a ready area for preparing your boat for launch, instead of doing it on the ramp, which prevents a smooth flow of traffic. So it's best to be ready before you use a ramp. Almost everyone I've seen is patience and willing to help, so take your time and don't feel pressured to launch or retrieve. That ends up slowing things down and can be dangerous.

Great public launch ramp and dock. Concrete ramp with new sturdy dock, easy to use. Convenient store and friendly service.

Great customer service. The only thing is that the boat was old, and very used. We could have gotten a little better one for the money we spent. Other than that everything was great!

We rented a pontoon boat and all else aside it was fine, the boat worked and was comparable to others I've rented, except the stereo did not work. The price and service however, just rubbed me the wrong way. I was late in renting the boat for our family vacation so Sierra marina was the only dock left with boats, I paid nearly double what the other marinas were charging, so lessoned learned, book early! From the beginning I wasn't thrilled with the customer service I was receiving, just not the attitude I expected and not when I've encountered at other marinas. I paid for a 12 passenger boat, they gave me a 9 passenger boat, they told me it was a 9-12 passenger boat, but that's not what I was told over the phone. Luckily we only had 9 people, but we were suppose to have 12, I'm guessing we showed up with 9 and they just took my money and gave me a smaller boat. Don't expect life jackets if you rent with Sierra Marina, you have to rent them for $10 a piece and they only allow 2 per boat and that's only if they have them. Also, they kept telling us how many rocks were in the lake and how people keep hitting them because they are just under the water and hard to see, so they told us (Multiple times) that they would give us a ma that marked the rocks, we never got the map, but thankfully didn't hit any rocks. Long story short, I now have a sour attitude toward this marina and won't use them again, I'd rather just not rent a boat.

Excellent service by Shanon and Seth. We came in for a pontoon boat rental on April 23rd and Shanon went above and beyond to make sure our entire group fit in one boat. Her service really made our entire trip a wonderful experience. Seth came out and explained to us all the rules of the lake and how to properly drive the boat. Awesome and very knowledgeable dude. We will be definitely coming back to see them in the summer. Thanks again for the great service Sierra Marina!

I am one of the employees that have the opportunity to work at this wonderful marina and all I gotta say is. If your being stupid on the lake you will hear it from us. But if you obey the rules and act properly, you will enjoy your time. Glad to call this place my home away from home

On June 25, I reserved a 12 person pontoon boat for July 25 all day. I Canceled three days later and made another reservation for Aug 8. On July 25 at 130pm I got a call stating I did not check in for the pontoon boat. I explained I cancelled and reserved for 08/08. I was charge half the fee for a no show. And had no reservoirs for 12 on the 8th. There goes my summer outing with grandkids. All others are booked. What the what? Scammed.
