Sierra Meadows Apartments-Fresno

I have lived here for a year and couple months, I do agree with all positive reviews. Staff are very professional and they get maintenance done quickly. Maintenance personal are all friendly and wearing uniform with their name on it and the management office will let you know who is coming and what time, I feel safe in here and I appreciate the extra step the staff always take to maintain a healthy environments socially and professionally in this building. I was surprised about some bad reviews about the staff, they might not smile enough but they are professional staff who listen to tenants and get any issues done and schedule the maintenance request very quick, mosty the next day or the same day as I expected many time. I do appreciate the staff hard work to meet all tenant's concerns. I give both management staff, maintenance, landscape team and pest control as well, five stars for the good service they all provides for all tenants.

Lorena was really nice and answered all my questions. We ended up not renting because we decided to stay in San Jose. She made us feel welcomed and was very professional.

This is the first thing I see on my way to my front door. Items are constantly taken. You cannot try to improve your living area around your front door.
Homeless people sneak on the grounds and sometimes sleep on the ground. I was just informed that a man was shot out by the back gate. The price is not worth living here.

I moved in several months ago and I honestly have had a great experience. I agree with all the high ratings because the apartments are spacious the staff is very nice and accommodating and quick. Maintenance includes two guys who are super nice and very quick to respond. The apartment complex is very quiet and safe which is hard to find in Fresno. I have nothing but good things to say.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and i absolutely love it.it’s extremely quiet and relaxing. Gina, the manager is so nice and always responsive when i text her and i have a question. Mariah in the office staff is also great. Anytime i call and i need something done, she puts in the work order quickly and everything gets done same day. Charles the maintenance guy is also awesome! I highly recommend this apartment complex. Great location and great staff! The apartments are also extremely spacious and very well maintained.

Don’t even look at the bad reviews. This apartment complex is amazing. Gina is the manager and always ask for her. They care about you and want you to get your money worth. I’ve never had my issues resolved so quickly! The apartments are old but very well maintained. It’s also very very quiet. We’ve only had a few complaints but they did not persist. Seriously, this is the best management and you get what you pay for. Choose Sierra Meadows!

I lived here for three years and I loved it. I love the staff/ management and the maintenance, they are always so quick to fix any problems. The apartments are so nice and home feeling, so much space and the prices are so reasonable for what you are getting. I loved the free events they had for the residents like the wine tasting events. The area is so quiet and peaceful. I miss living here so much

I've lived here for one year with my boyfriend, and so far, everything is great when it comes to this apartment complex. Whenever you have any any problems, management will have a guy come in the day of to fix the problem. For example, a day after we moved in, a kitchen cabinet fell of its placement completely, we called management, and they had the repair man come in within the next ten minutes to solve the issue. Management is extremely helpful, the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, and it provides a lot of ample space when it comes to their bedrooms and especially their bathrooms. The kitchen is also pretty spacious as well, especially compared to other apartment complexes which usually provide adequate kitchen space. I love how this location comes with their own gym, pool, and hot tub, as well as a basketball court, which is pretty neat. If you're worried about bugs, I haven't seen one roach or ant inside my home yet, and we're in the dead of summer! The one downside with this apartment definitely has to be its price. It's expensive.

Management is very attentive and fair. During the rough time I had this year The office management was sure to take care of me. Maintenance work is always done fast and I love my washer and dryer! Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Between the bugs and the drug deals we were done. Then you add the rude office staff and car break ins to the mix it got rediculous. For every bad review, they add glowing reviews to increase the # of stars. Our apartment flooded 3 times because of the plumbing. The maintenance man is very nice and knowledgeable but very over worked. For the price, not worth it.

If you are looking for low income apartments then these are the perfect apartments for you!:) The managers won’t let you know they’re low income so make sure you ask about their low income program!
