Frank was very helpful and one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. Nathan in Finance did not try to force us to take the add ons and made that side of the sale a pleasant one. Thank you all we will definately be back for another vehicle again someday.

Long story short, I screwed up and bought a bad truck from another dealership. We’ve had to spend a lot
Of money in repairs to get this truck where we could tow with it. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Heath in the service department throughout this process. Even at a point when I lost my composure after running into another issue and looking at more money. Heath has always done what he could to ease the pain, been respectful and raised the bar when it comes to customer service. This has become a project truck, and still have some things to take care of before we sell it, but thank you for everything!

I gave 3 stars because the sales and service team are friendly but I recently took my Silverado 3500HD for the first oil service and told them how I felt about doing all services on all my vehicles myself and knew it would be done to my expectations if I did it. But I also knew keeping it documented with GM by having them do it would be the best route. I was told they would take care of everything and go above and beyond, including checking all fluids and topping everything off. However, after driving home, my DEF light turned on, indicating it was well below half, I literally added about 5 gallons of DEF myself. Now, I question the whole service visit of what was completed and checked. I was specifically told they would fill my DEF, and that did not happen. How do I really know that everything else was completed the way it should have been. Then I called back to question this complaint, even leaving a voice-mail with the service writer, and now it's been a few days without even a call back to apologize for the simple mistake. Now, here I am writing this review. I came here because my purchasing dealer was a joke. Now I question this dealership as well. I probably won't be back unless I get a phone call that I deserve.

I had a 15,000 mile maintenance performed on my vehicle. When it was complete I was not informed about the status of certain things that were checked like the brake pad measurement or the wiper status and the remaining tire life. The other times I had service done they placed a sticker on the inside of the windshield showing when the next service is due and also shows the life of the battery and tires. I still have the old sticker on the window

Very helpful, fast and courteous. They determined my battery was going bad and replaced it under warranty without asking. Always great service.

I have several business vehicles that are regularly serviced at Sierra. The service department is filled with people that treat you like family, and the work performed has always been top notch!

My poor rating is from an accumulation of visits to your shop. The last two oil changes resulted in oil leaks caused by a loose oil filter. I had some body work done. They did an excellent job. However when I picked it up, they had failed to put on the "LTZ" emblem. There was no technician available and I had to return on another day to get them put on. They recently replaced the passengers side mirror. A week after the outside handle became internally disconnected so that the door could not be opened from outside. Sierra Motors denied any responsibility. I talked with another Chevy dealer and an independent repair shop. They both stated that "during the repair process the mechanic had to pull back the inside door panel and that this could have caused the handle failure. " Sierra Motors agreed to cover the labor if I bought the new handle mechanism. They did the repair. We picked up car. When my wife tried to open the door from the inside, the handle didn't work. We returned to the dealer. The technician apparently forgot to "Hook up the handle". Bottom line is that I have had to return to Sierra Motors three times for follow up because of their poor work. A fourth time, I was in Southern California and had to have a local mechanic tighten the oil filter. I live 30 miles from Sierra Motors and it is not convenient and now with gas prices, expensive to drive back to their shop so that they can correct their mistakes. I appreciate the free oil changes, but because of my experiences of the last two, I will find another service garage. FYI, when I was in the service waiting room, another customer was there because of oil leaking from a loose oil filter. Sierra Motors blame it on the GM gasket. I don't care, fix it or you are going to lose more loyal customers. Brad Nelson, Chevy Tahoe owner.

I have used Sierra Motors for years. Even bought 2 cars from them in the past. Am currently shopping for a new car. Based solely on my last experience with Sierra Motors Repiar Shop, I will never bring my vehicle in for repair there again, and likely won't purchase a new vehicle from them solely on principle of how screwed I feel from the repair shop. I would tell anyone who asks me about my experience to never trust the mechanics there. Lost a life long customer. Sad, but greed took over. My opinion.

I would have to say they are extremely good dealership. I like a person's that upfront and honest with me. This is a very different dealership than most of them. They also have a bodyshop in the rear.

Heath (Service Writer) is always friendly and helpful. Your mechanics are approachable, and readily answer my questions. Some years ago, your mechanics came out of the garage and helped me with an aftermarket camera cable routing on my Pontiac (purchased at Sierra Motors in 2007). After owning two Hondas, I am grateful not to have to travel to Modesto for service (from my home in Sonora).

First time to your dealership! Ordered an aftermarket part that came in very quickly and had an appointment within a week to install it. They also were able to fix another, un-related issue all within the same appointment and estimated time frame. Very happy and will
Be coming back for all service needs instead of going to the original dealer where my truck was purchased.
