It seems that the park is under new ignorant management, making rules without analyzing the consequences. No street parking allowed but yet not enough parking for residents, make it make sense. This matter is being brought to the attention of the city of Shafter and the proper California state agency.

All the residents keep their houses up and that's got to be hard to do in their manufactured homes I'm very very happy to go visit my friends there because it's in such good shape as a mobile home park
