Siêu Thị ABC Supermarket reviews
14 Big selection on Asian products and compatative prices.
Lots of parking, staff are friendly.
Needs more cleaning and organizing of shielves and aisles, boxes and displays.
Decent supermarket with a random selection of items. I was interested in the snack section but sadly it was small and barely had anything worth buying. Prices are comparable to other markets in the area and nothing really special on most products. I'd come again for the vegetables, herbs, and also for the noodle selection.
Don't let ABC Market cook the lobster for you, this is 10 pounds of Lobster that after being cooked, only a few pieces of the head and legs remain.
Never let AbC market stir-fry lobster for you, buy it and cook it yourself at home because after cooking it at the market there won't be much left.
Very crowded. Bad Smell. Some areas not organized. A little pricey compared to other supermarkets.
ABC Supermarket is one of the Asian Supermarket I visit often. The reason is that I like live lobsters and Dungeness crabs. This Supermarket usually has the best prices. Once in a while I can find better prices in another Asian Supermarket but not often. This Supermarket is smaller than most. I refer this Supermarket a Vietnamese Supermarket rather than an Asian Supermarket as there is lots of items that are Vietnamese.
If you crave for fresh (live) lobsters and crabs, go on weekends. This Supermarket usually stock on Fridays.
I usually go to this market often, but today I felt very disappointed with a lady (Cashier) at the market. When I went out to check out the fruit and food, she finished her calculation and threw the food and fruit in front of me very hard. I gently reminded her to be careful not to crush the fruit, but she kept throwing it. My husband wondered if she was hot. Put the extras in the bich and don't even bother to answer. I have never met someone like that when shopping, and when we looked at the Receipt newspaper, we found out that her name was Hanh H. I really like the market because it is close to home. I hope this comment will help the market improve better.
Very interesting store with exotic fruits, veggies, seafood and meat which are not easy to find from the ordinary stores.
My weekly grocery market for 15 years. The best Vietnamese supermarket in Little Saigon. If you want to buy fresh meat and fish this is the place to go. They have butchers more than any supermarket in Little Saigon.
It's my go to Asian Supermarket in the OC. Typical Asian Supermarket for the area but other businesses in the same plaza make it convenient for one stop shopping.
The space is small and not airy. The advantage is a wide variety of goods and reasonable prices.
The live seafood selection here is great and reasonably priced! They also clean and fry your fish, lobster and crab also. Fruits and vegetables are also fresh as well.
So many Asian foods not found in our chain-stores. I'd say the price can be quite attractive, especially when compared to the higher-end grocers. The assortment can be intimidating; do some research on "what brand to buy" but even that may not help. They have a fantastic fresh fish section that will have you shopping nowhere else! I'm over-the-moon with their vegetable section! An amazing array of different mushrooms and greens and fresh!
Cashiers are careless, keep repeating over charge / double charge, and frustrating to get refund. Remember to check the receipt before leaving… better to go to another market
When you go to this market, remember to check the receipt because the cashier here is very careless, overcharges or charges twice. When you call to report, the market forces you to bring the receipt back, which is very annoying, customer service is very bad, The cashier works sloppily
