I would give 0 or negative points if any. The waiter (or maybe the boss/manager) is sooo rude shouting at us because their own mistakes. I would never come again and would not recommend if you want to be treated badly for paying them for food.

We had a terrible experience here and would never ever go to this horrible place again. We were first told the waiting time is 15min, but it turned out to be an entire hour before we got served. Then they charged us for the wrong and more expensive food that we never ordered. Without any apology, we complained about this with friends, and we got rudely yelled by the staff there forbidding us to complain in his restaurant! The food quality and service here are definitely not worth a try!

We were there for dinner on a Monday night. We got a table right away. Ordered sauteed pea greens with white fungus, which was good; however, everything went downhill from here.
Pineapple sweet and sour pork - flavor is more on the sour side, I don't think it was seasoned right. The sweet and sour flavor was not balanced for my liking.
Braised beef brisket pot - it was a generous portion of beef brisket and it was tender; unfortunately, the turnip was not soft enough and flavorless.
Assorted mushroom & soft tofu hot plate - it was very disappointing.the tofu looked dark brown color from frying for too long. The mushroom and sweet pea were okay but this dish had a small portion, and it was more towards a salty side.
Lastly, we had dried scallops egg white fried rice. The flavor was fine but the rice was not of good quality and the rice was a bit undercooked. We can taste the crunch of the inside of the rice.
It was edible. We didn't complain or make any comments. We ate most of it.
With all the bad comments above, I have to give a 5 star review for the desserts. I think it was because we went there during Chinese New Year, they gave us a few different kinds of desserts and they were gooood.
So I say the dessert Chef is great but not the chef for the entrees.
The waiter and waitress were friendly, and service was good.
However, I would not recommend this place for dinner.

Whoever is taking their food photos deserves an award. The pictures are what drew me in, especially the charcoal egg yolk buns. However, I didn't get to try these because I came for dinner. I'll have to come back another time to try dim sum.

For dinner, I tried the XLB (order of 6), Peking duck, tea prawn, and sizzling black bean beef. The XLB was just okay. It didn't seem that fresh and lacked soup inside. I keep wanting to look for legit Peking duck, but the option here was just standard and still tasty, but the portion was small. The tea prawns were tasty and fried cleanly, but they had thick skin so maybe it need to be fried longer. The sizzling beef was my favorite of the night- very tender meat and veggies. Glad to find this kind of restaurant in South Bay instead of having to go to the Sunset district.

I'd just say the smell of a cleaning agent is strong inside. Everything was very solid and they were attentive with serving and re-filling tea. Ambience is a little fancier, so the prices are higher than usual.

Will come back for seasonal specials and dim sum.

The best dim sum in the Bay Area. There is a wait but so worth it. You put your name on the wait-list when you arrive. We had a party of 7 and got seated within 40 minutes on a Sunday 12pm. You can wait in the Ramada lobby which was nice than outside.

Every dish we ordered was delicious! My favorites: salted egg bun, purple shrimp roll, and deep fried salty ball. Honestly you can't go wrong here.

Service was fast and even there chili sauce was good!

It was the lunar new year's day and the place was packed. But everyone in our party was content with the food and the service. We will go back again.

It was ok, not great not bad. It was oily, no craft when stir frying anything. But some of the dumplings were good. Their pork bun was better than most places. Tasted fresh. Peking duck was also really good. The Kung Pao chicken was gross. The Singapore style noodle was tasteless. Sadly it is just an ok place. Good for groups though!

Had a 招牌濕炒牛河 and couldn’t be more disappointed. It was obviously overcooked and too many salt to eat. Won’t visit again

My uncle took me here for dim sum when I visited him in Cupertino. Really good fresh quality dim sum with all the classics. Really nice setting, bright and spacious. I recommend getting a table at the conservatory.

Good dim sum, soup dumplings is a little disappointing both the texture and taste. Taro dumpling is oily but taste good, sesame ball great, black gold salty egg yolk bun is a must.

We had family together in town for a sad occasion. And dim sum is just what we needed. The food was great, no one was disappointed.

Good dim sum. Black salted egg custard buns are not salty as expected, mostly sweet from the custard. Lotus rice wrap very good

Ridiculous for waiting until one hour and half with no dishes on the table in New Year’s Eve. We decide left with this disappointed, angry and hungry.

What a discovery. This dim sum joint certainly hits the spot. Come here with some friends or a party of six people so you can order everything on the menu even if you don’t eat it all. Take it home. Eat it for dinner or eat it the next day. This is unpretentious comfort dim sum. There are no push carts and they just serve everything you order on a menu. Koi palace still tops my spots but this is right up before there when I want to roll out of bed and into a plate full of shrimp and pork dumplings. You can easily spend 25-50 dollars a person. But our party tends to over order because we want to try everything.

Anyone know why Dim Sun restaurants are so popular? There’s always a line before these places open and the same happens here.

Good enough food. Terrible service.
It was Sunday's morning. Each time We asked for soy sauce, they brought 1 serving, even though there was 6 people in our group. We asked 5 separate times, we got 5 little packs of soy sauce
We ordered on the ticket. Then wanted to add more items, they gave me another ticket, I thought the 2nd ticket was addon! But they didn't told us that the 2nd ticket was combining from previous ticket. So one of the waiter yelled explaining at us.
Needless to say, we asked for the check right then and there.

Sifu Wong is a rather popular Chinese restaurant in Sunnyvale neighboring a Ramada Inn. We arrived around 11: 40am on a rainy weekday and the restaurant was already 80% full. I had heard that their food is good.

We ordered some common items including 牛肉腸粉, shrimp dumplings, congee, and stirred fried noodles. All of them taste average but on the salty side. Their salty taste overcame the original taste of the main ingredients, and there must be a lot of excessive sodium, which is unhealthy. The noodles were too greasy. The shrimp dumplings skin didn’t have enough elasticity so it cracked too easily.

The service was above average and the ambiance was fine among Chinese dimsum restaurants. I would rate it 3.5 stars.

Not enough waiters or staff in the restaurant. We waited the food for over 1.5hrs in a dinner with friends.we literally watched half of a NFL game without food served.

This place is amazing, one of the best kitchen in the area with some of the best staff. The management was very helpful in helping me planning a small private banquet, they listen to what I was looking for and done the best they could to my requests, very flexible in setting up the venue and menu, very responsive to my concerns. Came the day of the party, the kitchen and staffs were on their A games. The atmosphere was great, every staffs was friendly with high energy and customer service. The foods were outstanding, all of my guests couldn't stop complimenting on how well each dishes were made, each dishes were cleaned out with no left-overs by nights end. I'm glad everything worked out well, couldn't be more graceful that I came to the right place. Even month later I still hear positive notes from distance family members, telling me they need to come back to Sifu Wong for the foods if they ever travel back to California.
If someone I know were to ask me which restaurant should they plan a party, I wouldn't hesitate to point out Sifu Wong Kitchen at a heart beat.
Shout out to Edwin and Stanley, they are great managers.

Great food great taste but they are understaffed during the crowded lunch time. So don't expect a good service. It's still a five star because the food waiting time is very acceptable.
