Very unprofessional.
I came in with a couple questions and wasn't greeted appropriately. I asked to see their vinyl material and wasn't "allowed" to see their reflective vinyl. The lady in the office literally said: "I'm not going to bring it down to show you. "
How can you expect a customer to invest in their printing and products if we can't even see what we're paying for?
Don't bother with this shop, I'm sure you'll find plenty more that are actually helpful.

I recently had the signs for my new automotive shop done at Signarama Kearny Mesa and I would definitely recommend them for your business. From the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable with this place. Eve was funny and helped get the ball rolling to come up with a plan. Elusia took my very rough sketches and while incorporating my ideas she came up with an enhanced design that looks great! As with many projects, we had some unexpected hurdles and I’m happy with the result of the experience thanks to everyone I worked with including Bernie who helped complete the transaction and I feel like the signage I got was worth the money, it’s very good quality and it looks great. Thanks everyone!

The 2’x5’ banner I ordered was fantastic! The edges were finished and grommets were added for easy hanging. Signarama designed the whole thing for me using just a few ideas I had and The design was perfect the first time. The turn around time for the finished banner was so fast as well. The staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would absolutely utilize their services again. Thank you so much for your help!
