Please don't waste your time here folks, I had an appointment I made a week prior and the barber didn't even bother to respond to my text or even show up. Spoke with the owner YO and he didn't even attempt to make things right. Went across the street to a new barber show which clearly has their stuff together. Took me rt away. All the barbers there were so welcoming. So please heed the warning.

Been going here for years. Really cool owner and Atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly. There are Walk-Ins but I would recommend to make appointment as it can be busy. Overall great place to get a haircut.

Worst ever. Pretty sure some employees aren't trained to cut hair at all, yet they do. Asked for a beard trim and line up. Completely destroyed and moved my line by a couple inches, then basically cut my mustache for no reason. Going to take months to get it back to where it was.

My son came here. Didn’t even look like he got anything done. And still charged for a full haircut.

Took my
son in for a haircut and he and the barber were having a good time laughing and singing Class act gentlemen.

What is the point to make an appointment at 9 if you as a barber are going to arrive at 9: 20 and you’re going to wait cause they attend someone that has his appointment is after you
The customer service by Micke at the beginning is no so good, he has so much talent but he is kinda agresive maybe is not his intention, I don’t know
The talent is obvious they are amazing in what they are doing I’m not giving 5 because of the waiting even with appointment

This place is solid 2 Television while you wait if you don't have an appointment. Cool guys to cut your hair and beard.

I been going to this place since day 1 even before Yo had this place I went to the old one and all I can say is everytime I've gone everyone takes care of you prices are right and the skill level all the barbers have are over the top amazing never have I not liked a cut I got here 10/10 place it's clean it's fun and it feels like a family when you go in

My favorite barber shop I like going twice a week there the best nice environment they have TVs on and it's a comfortable place to be in.most important they care about there clients

They do not follow covid community guide lines first of all! Bad service, barbers goof off all the time always attending friends and avoids walk ins by saying they are fully booked then sit there watch the walk in leave and they start cutting another person's hair. Appointments are useless when they don't even respond to confirm it they ignore calls to avoid the calls and stool there calling them while waiting there. Honest review mark is great when I was there.

The owner was super friendly and did such an amazing job cleaning up my dad. He's wheelchair accessible, which I appreciate. Definitely coming back!

Rude and doesn't acknowledge walk ins or people that have appointments. They goof off alot and take forever. On to the next place. Mark is friendly when he is there and to the guy in the back right is helpful others are a joke.

Great Crew, they create such great ambiance. Base on my observation each member of this shop takes pride in their work, they don't provide a hair cut service. They transform people's lives and express the Art of hair style to it's finest.

Had an appointment at 12. Walked in and had a seat. No one asked if I had an appointment anf after waiting 30 minutes it turned into a walk in. Can they cut hair, yes. Are they professional? Not in the least bit. First time and last time coming here.

This place has very rude, and unprofessional barber. The hair was cut incorrectly, and uneven. It was not a clean haircut. Please save yourself the trouble, and time to not come here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went to get a cut and the barber Jim hooked me up great customer service clean shop and cool vibe. Walked out very happy with my cut. Thanks Big Jim. I definitely be going back.

This business is not COVID safe. I’ve known people that have had COVID including people in my own household and it is not something people should take lightly. Signature Fades’ employees do not enforce masks and they do not wear them. Every single employee did not wear a mask. The one employee that had a mask on was wearing it incorrectly under his nose.
