Signature Home Inspection, Irvine CA

I would like to thank Robert for the outstanding home inspection service. His attention to detail was truly impressive. The comprehensive inspection report, complete with clear explanations and photographs, was instrumental in helping me make an informed decision about the property. His willingness to answer all of my questions and address my concerns during the inspection itself was greatly appreciated. Recommendations and advice for future maintenance and repairs will undoubtedly prove invaluable as I move forward with this property.

Things that were missed in our home inspection. Front door latch does not work from the outside. Door bell not functioning. Leaky gas line at stave was never turned on to test burners. Water service to refrigerator was disconnected due to leak. Backside of refrigerator was rusted out. These were pretty basic discoveries on the first day that we moved in. Very disappointed that these were not even tested during the home inspection. You are better off doing the inspection yourself.

Robert was very thorough and explained to us what needed to be done in a detailed summary. He double checked items that we pointed out and gave his professional opinion respectfully. Robert inspected a home I was purchasing in Orange County. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in his review of the house. He was able to express what the issues found were and what the consequence of the issue is as far as functionality or safety are considered. He also walked through pool equipment operation while inspecting the pool which was pretty great since this is my first pool.

Robert did a wonderful and thorough inspection of the property. He really knows what he's talking about and is super informative when communicating what issues he was encountering during the inspection. Matt arrived on time and was very professional. He provided an overview of what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was extremely courteous, thorough, and efficient. He finish in the time frame he said he would. When he was done he gave us a quick overview of what to expect in the report and pointed out some issues he felt need attention or further clarification.
