The last visit was a regular cleaning, it went well (as always expected). During the visit my hygienist found two areas which needed a doctor attention. Dr Au took a look and provided treatment immediately after the cleaning session. I see two great benefits - attention to details, fixing small issues ASAP before they become serious and saving my time on extra visit. Great work!

I visited this dental office back in April 25th- 22 for consultation, I got the dental x- ray and CT scans taken before the consultation. Then I requested to have the copy of the X-ray and the CT scans before I left the office and the lady at the front desk said " we'll send the X-ray to your email and will send CT scans to you by mail ". Then I was busy to move out of the area, but still in California. I just realized that I never received the CT scans when i visited a new dentist near where i live now. I called today to requested for the CT scans that I never received, now they said i'll be charged for $250 if i wanted them to send the CT scans to me, which it's a ripe-off & unprofessional.

Amazing care for kids and adults! I have been a patient at this practice for around 15 years. I stopped taking my kids to the children’s dentist because I felt they weren’t really doing a good job cleaning the teeth properly. I highly suggest going to Silicon Valley dental for all your mouth needs.

I had an emergency situation when a crown fell out. Although I was not a current client, I called Silicon Valley Dental Association office. They made an appointment right away. Dr Au reinstalled the crown and everything is back to normal now. They were very professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this dental office.

On my last cleaning Dr. Fong informed me that she wanted to redo part or all of a filling that she had done a almost a year ago. She said that it was becoming discolored and she was concerned about leaving it that way. She didn't charge me and I personally was rather pleased that she was taking actions to make sure that her work and my teeth were done properly.

Dr. Fung has the best bed side manor I've experienced. She is patient, friendly and does amazing work. Every time I go in I'm very please with the work and atmosphere of the office.
