I got the Dekton Laos countertop from Silicon Valley Kitchen. Had a little Deiver y issue at the beginning and had a tight timeline. Manuel was very professional. He went out of his way to make sure we got it on time and in the best quality. Looks so good and very happy with our purchase. I will use them again for future home remodeling. It came out really good

Manuel and his team did such a beautiful job installing countertop and backsplash for our new kitchen! Not only that, they communicate clearly and stay true to their estimate both in terms of time and costs. I so wish I had found them sooner and hired them to do the kitchen remodeling from the beginning to the end. It's rare to find a contractor that cares about details and quality as much as you do. And this team did just that. Working with them is such a smooth and pleasant experience! We look forward to having them back for future projects in the house!

I don't leave a lot of reviews. Only if I had exceptional service or horrible service. I am a small business owner myself and know that responsiveness, ethical practice and follow up is the cornerstone of being successful.

We tried to hire SV Kitchen & Bath for a bathroom remodel. It was a small straight forward project. We put a deposit down and asked for assistance in finding the right sized vanity. It was like pulling teeth getting timely responses. I also felt like it was completely on us to find solutions. We were not getting any help.

When Covid hit we put the project on hold, because like everyone we were not sure what was to come and suddenly spending $17k didn't make sense. When we tried to pick it back up again after some time had passed it was next to impossible to get dates, or answers and responses were very slow and there was no follow through.

Eventually I asked to cancel the project. I had a bad taste in my mouth at that point and wanted to walk away. He agreed to return our deposit but it took weeks and weeks of pushing to finally get it. We paid with personal check but our refund came to us in several 7-11 money orders. Unfortunately (100% my fault) I threw away this pile of money orders along with some junk mail but alerted him right away and asked him to cancel and re-issue. He said that he would. After weeks, then months nothing. He had excuse after excuse and finally just stopped responding.

I don't know how he runs a business to be honest. $3,000 in the garbage. Literally. I made a mistake but he had every option to help and chose not to. Horrible.

I reached out To Silicon Valley kitchen and Bath and requested a quote for a remodel kitchen. Manuel came out the next day and was able to quote and provide great input on ideas in the kitchen remodel. He had a lot of knowledge with the third-party solutions as well as interior design that I was very impressed with. He was able to paint a great image in my mind and was able to perform to the exact expectations. He also had a great software program that allowed me to to lay out different ideas. Overall Manuel and his team were very professional when it came to the remodel itself as well as staying on timeline with the build. If anyone is out there in the Silicon Valley I defiantly recommend giving Silicon Valley Kitchen&Bath CO.a call you will not be disappointed!
