The whole process has been smooth so far. They only do a soft pull on your credit and although the scores will dip initially as everything gets ironed out, I am told, they’ll rise back up with time.

After one conversation I decided that I would not work with this company. They told me that they will not bother me ever again, since that day I am getting at list 10-20 calls a day, and they sold my info to other companies and they are calling me as well! I already asked to stop many times, but it seems like every time I ask to stop calling me the next day even more calls come in!
Stop harassing people! Stay away from this scam!
P. S. Response to review reply: most of the calls are from your company, and I didn’t have any “spam” calls before I contacted you. You are the only “debt settlement” company I had ever contacted and provided my phone number, and this is when this massive phone calls attack started. Not to be trusted!

If I could rate them at a negative I would. They have not helped me at all been the worst experience ever. They tell you you will see the benefits in weeks and it has been months and still have not seen any benefits. They will be sure to collect their money but not hold up their end of helping.
