As an esthetician student let me warn you now.do not go here. Whoever runs this entire school has no idea what they are doing. The entire institution is poorly managed, understaffed, under-qualified, and understocked.leaving all of us wondering what these people even do with our money when they cant supply basic necessities to even teach? If you think youre going to learn what the course description tells you.think again.youll be teaching yourself or paying to be certified elsewhere.they lie about the length of the program because they don't provide enough hours in the allotted time. Some of the girls have been in the program for 9+ months.everyone in management is hostile when students bring up their concerns and are almost immediately brushed off. Administration should all be fired. 0 stars.

I waited for two years, once a consulting, finally wait to reopen,so I went to the front desk to make an appointment, only need one minute can solve things, the staff said want me to wait in line, I waited in line for half an hour, finally to me, I didn't think the front desk said she wanted to learn how to use the computer, but I continue to wait, and don't know when she can learn. Isn't the customer's time worth anything? Why don't front desk workers learn basic skills like operating computers before they open their business? The students were great, but the attitude of the front desk was terrible and I and all my friends would never come again.

I went there for a 10 o'clock appointment on a Tuesday morning. When most of the Simi Valley is dead at this time lol, this place was vibrant and full of life, humming with laughters and happiness. The haircut was given by a student but probably the best haircut I had in recent years.
Place is a real gem of SVUSD. Well managed, well equipped, and serves the needs of the community very well.
This was my first visit. Many more too come.

The school lacks Value, professionalism, and communication. Classes are inconsistent teachers are inconsistent and always calling out sick- they never have a consistent plan for teaching, everyone is doing their own thing throughout class. Teachers care more about their schedules then they care about their students. Administration is rude, does not know how to communicate, They never answer the phone you can send several emails and leave voicemails and it will take 1 to 2 weeks before they finally return your call. The principal of the school is rude and is not a very truthful person. I filed a claim to get my money back and the principal lied but I’m not surprised. Don’t waste your money on the school do your research there are a lot of Other schools that have curriculum that is mandated by the State of California, Department of Regulation & Licensing.

I came here for a hair cut and had a great experience. The student who did my hair was meticulous and I so appreciated her attention to detail!

If you're looking for a place where you can get in and out in less than an hour (or even a half hour), don't come here. These stylists are still learning and practicing their trade. Therefore, you're going to be in the chair for a bit longer than expected. BUT, you'll be helping someone get closer to reaching his/her goals!

I waited for 40 minutes. No one behind the desk spoke to me while I was standing there. No indication of needing to sign in (the sign in card wasn’t out). When it did come back out to the desk, a woman pushed her way around me to sign in ahead of me. I finally got the message and signed in and sat down. When I finally got called up, no appointments left. All it would take is some communication when someone walks in. I’m sure their services are okay, but not the way it was managed on my visit today.
