I've had an awesome experience working with this crew at the Simi Valley location! This team has overall great customer service with a super personable staff. Joe Black was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped get me set up in my new truck asap. I'll be shopping there again soon, when my wife picks up her new ride!

It was day one of my physical search for a vehicle. Specifically the perfect used Tacoma I had been searching for over a year online for. Yes, I know it is an interesting time to be buying a car. Anyhow, it was day one of what I anticipated being a three month physical search and I was done. Found the right vehicle at the right price and found the right sales people to help - Shane Miller and Jared Franks. Jacqueline in finance was super too! They were all ABSOLUTELY helpful, kind, reassuring and exhibited the definition of a no pressure/no hassle buying experience.

I would recommend that team to anyone. Again, hands down one of my top experiences purchasing a vehicle and I have a fleet of cars!

I purchased a new Toyota 2020 Camry in Nov. 2020 from this dealership, was OK for the purchase. The Service Dept. Is a trip. I just called at 230pm had to leave my phone number for a call back for a service department. Appointment for tomorrow July 31 2021, if no call back within 30 min, I will go to Ventura Toyota never had a problem with them. Jerry Purcell.

We had a great experience with Luis and Shane! After experiencing some issues with a car we purchased, they took care of us and found a great solution that really helped us out. Our Prius has been great for our family and very happy. Highly recommend! Ask for them if you stop in.

Service center 0/10. Everytime I come here to get my vehicle serviced they always forget to do things. Once they forgot to put a lugnut on my tire, another time they forgot to hook up the tire pressure sensors, left air caps off tires. These are all things I can see and notice. Hope they didn’t forget anything in the engine compartment! I Will not be going back here!

I reached out to the dealer and had a couple of questions about how a lease works and the current cost of specialty 4runners. Shelby provided an extremely thorough response and even after discovering I bought a car elsewhere already, still provided another thorough and courteous response to an additional question. I admittedly contacted Simi Toyota again from a different email, kind of shy to ask how much the cars are going for now, and still received a response and follow ups. Anyways I was able to get specific answers to questions I had that I did not get anywhere els and for that Im thankful.

Classic bait and switch stealership that don’t honor there online deals… $259 plus tax with 2k down for Camry with tier 1 credit, get there and all of a sudden it’s $389 a month don’t waste your time

I don't know if this place is under new management or what, but I just got my car back after 13 days; for 8 of those days, I was calling to ask for updates without ever getting to speak to anyone other than the operator and without ever getting a call back. When asked about this, they blamed their phone system and said "no one ever gave me the message. " The work is adequate, but this lack of communication is unforgiveable.

(Update after the below response: If they were capable of "getting back to me as soon as possible, " this review would have no reason to exist.)

Probably the best car buying experience we've ever had. We were looking at Tacoma's, trading in our f-150, was just going to look then move on because of the previous bad experience we had there about 2 years ago when it was the previous owners. We were blown away at the change in attitude and customer service there.so much that we left that day in an awesome 2020 tacoma TRD 4x4 sport and left our f-150. We had a great experience there and absolutely love our new Tacoma. We highly recommend this place to everyone and will be purchasing another vehicle there soon, shout out to our consultant michael lenhart, mark McCorkle in finance and Antonio in service, Also your parts department rocks. The whole team was awesome

I just purchased a Toyota Prius Toyota of Simi Valley, with the help of Manny! He was phenomenal. I had identity theft and had jump through so many Hoops, he was so patient spent days with me, and I mean days with me. He's a good professional and very intelligent person and I commend him for all his help and appreciate everything he did for me.

Shane the internet sales manager was amazingly helpful. And Jonas was very helpful completing the transaction. We purchased a new Toyota Corolla for my niece, and she was very happy with the car and the price.

This place used to be a bastion of people looking for topshelf car sales. Now it is under new management, no longer the DCH of old.
Example interaction: I called in asking about car warranty information, people they couldn't tell me if it was up this year or the next. Then getting fed up with the situation asked about new models, they went ahead and ran my credit without even asking me. So thanks for that.

If you’re looking for a new Toyota, go see Jared Franks at Simi Valley Toyota. The customer service and deals are outstanding. My family has driven 4 hours, 3 different times in the past month to purchase vehicles, and it was worth it every time. Don’t buy a Toyota anywhere else!

Recently bought a used 2017 Porsche Cayenne from Simi Valley Toyota remotely as I am located in North California and everyone that I spoke to throughout the process was super helpful and friendly. Shane in sales was super responsive and provided all the information as well as connected me with the service advisors to provide details on the condition of the car. Jacky and Juan in finance were great as well to help finalize the financing. When I arrived to pick my car up everyone in the staff was very nice and friendly. I had to change my contract specifications couple of times during the process and they were super flexible and helpful to make the tweaks each time. Would highly recommend buying from here. Great overall experience.
