I think I live there! There once was a dairy here evidenced by a decrepit concrete milking barn. The entire property suffers from neglect and lack of repairs needed that the owner seems to ignore. No carpets (we bought and installed the last wall to wall about 12 years ago. Interior paint done at the. Same time at our expense again. They have raised our rent to the point that we are considering moving the hell out of here. Its only saving features are #1, the privacy of living way out of the township, and#B, we have 5 cars worth of garage space. And we periodically receive junk mail for the man this property was named for.
