I came here to have my immigration medical exam done. I must say they’re very efficient and very informative. Lab was just few doors down from their clinic where I had my blood work done and got my vaccines the same day at their clinic as it was all readily available. Very affordable $180 for Physical & filling of the forms and the others are covered by insurance, if you don’t have insurance it’ll only cost $120 lab work and $100 each for the vaccines. Compared to other clinics I called they were charging $400 just for the physical and form filling which was outrages and said I’d have to go and find a lab to get my lab work done. Highly recommend Dr Simon Lee MD for your immigration check as it’s convenient and efficient.

Efficient and friendly staff! Dr. Simon is also super patient and kind, especially with children. His office is also close to a bus stop and very convenient. Note that there's a 3.5% surcharge for credit card payments

Great place for getting the Immigration Exam.
I was able to request an appointment online on Wednesday for the coming Friday. Got all of the paperwork back the following Wednesday. Everyone was really friendly and the office was easy to find.
