Simone was an amazing asset to have on my side while purchasing a home. This was my first home buying experience and it was a smooth process thanks to Simone. She was patient in my search to find a place I was ready to make an offer on and when it came down to making the deal happen she helped me along the way making sure everything was done correctly with regards to home inspection, offer letters, etc. I felt comfortable in her hands and she also helped me negotiate a price that was under the latest asking value.
