Know what the last person call about. Software scheduling and notes are terrible. Insurance docs sent 4x or more. More calls about insurance.
I was delighted at how easy the process of getting an MRI at SimonMed was. I have had a half dozen images in the past at other places, and this was by far the easiest and fastest. The front desk person was lovely, the technicians were very kind, there was no wait time at all, and they sent me off with a wave and a smile. I will always be choosing them in the future.
I had a MRI done on my right knee and had no problems. The staff at SimonMed Imaging were very helpful and professional in all aspects of my visit.
I had bad experience in this branch, but this time David the tech was excellent. Good experience despite banging of machine.
Had to wait for 53mins after my scheduled appointment and an additional 15mins for I came early as suggested. I was also charged a copay however my insurance does not require a copay. People that worked there were very kind.
Erik was excellent. Helped our office with a patient over his lunch break. Really cared for the patient and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.

Very kind and friendly staff, clean environment. I was even taken in earlier than my original appointment. I was in and out of there in no time!
Very friendly and professional. Quick intake and no fuss. By the time I was dressed and ready to go, my DVD with my MRI ready to go. Very comfortable and no stress.
My appointment was at 11am but didn’t get in until 12: 10. I should get upset because of the long but I didn’t, because the front desk lady informed me from the get go to expect a 45min delay due to equipment problem.
It really helped that the only 2 people working there, the front desk lady and the guy at the back are both “super” nice and pleasant otherwise I would have probably left very unhappy.
You need to give this 2 employee a raise.
Knowledgeable staff and exam to the standards hence two stars. Otherwise, it's a very outdated centre and my exam was delayed by almost an hour.

The staff or knowledgeable and helpful and friendly but I wasn't happy with The positioning of my body for the wrist MRI. It was uncomfortable and difficult to hold for such a long period of time
The lady at the front desk was so polite, very accommodating, just forgot her name but she's superb as far as clients relation is concern, also as the MIR technician.services are EXCELLENT.
The technician was friendly and went out of the way to help me to upload the order into their system. Process was explained and was done smoothly.
