Davond Dade had a very informative, low pressure sales presentation. Over time he gained my confidence and trust, as he answered my numerous questions. Some he had to research and get back to me, which he always did in a very timely manner. His communication on scheduling and completing the job was seamless. Sydney was the project coordinator and her style and demeanor made it a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed and followed up on all until our solar panels were hooked up and running. I had a great experience with Simple Solar, awesome team, awesome company!

My panels have been installed but did not pass first inspection, though given the other experiences we've had with Whittier inspections, that's not surprising to me, they're incredibly nitpicky. If we run into more issues I may revise my review but for now I am still very satisfied with Simple Solar.

Brandon was our sales rep and he was very informative, friendly and helpful, and has been in constant contact every step of the way to keep us up to date on the process and answer questions that might pop up. He's done a great job and I'd recommend him to anyone.

If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. Simple Solar in a nut shell is the worst option if you are trying to go solar. They are so misinformative and plain shiesty. Representative Brandon Hall needs to be terminated immediately. He is completely rude and disrespectful and any company that employs him should be ashamed to have somebody like him represent them. He completely tried to scam us and the set up he left us with is ridiculous. Too much hidden fees and small print. This company and Brandon are literal garbage. I will be calling back all my referrals and sending to the solar company that we ended up going with. They should actually send their reps there to learn respectable and clean sales with morals and values.

My experience with simple solar has been awesome. I was able to save a ton of money. I highly recommend my representative Mr. Steven Aviles. He was very professional and efficient. Mr. Aviles explained the aspects of installation from beginning to end and I was highly impressed by him. He is an outstanding person and made me feel so comfortable. My experience with Simple Solar was very positive and I’m extremely happy with all aspects of going Solar. I must say, I am very leery and one who researches before I purchase and this company has amazing reviews as they should! From my first encounter with my sales person, Steven Aviles, who was very knowledgeable, informed, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions; to my installation and my savings on my electric bill. Steven Aviles followed through with me during each step of the process. The panels are outstanding and perform just as Steven Aviles stated. I was able to obtain a new roof, more energy efficient hybrid hot water heater, which made this a perfect investment. I would highly recommend going with Simple Solar!

This is my 1 year anniversary with Simple Solar and I could not be happier. I had been contacted by solar sales reps many times in the previous years, none ever got passed the front door until Simple Solar. Claudy and Lesley were honest, personable, knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and questions and even called PGE, my power provider, to get answers to my specific questions. The designer met my expectations and balanced my panel distribution based on more than just standard practice, but the specific odd features of my multi pitch roof. The installers were in and out in 2 days and were safe, efficient and neat. It wasnt an rasy job on a 2 story vaulted clay tile roof. And after all was said and done Leslie stayed in touch to be sure every step, from installation to financing and to finally getting PGE to inspect and approve the system were complete to my satisfaction. Sales people knock on my door during dinner repeatedly. There is a no solicitation sign, then they lie and say they are not trying to sell anything. Same thing next week.

Door to door solar panel sales company. I am leaving my review on the sales team only as I didn’t qualify for the loan on the panels. My sales rep was professional and personable. His assistant was nice and they appeared to make a good team. They arrived at my door around 6 pm and it took them approximately by an hour or so to run through their program. The sales pitch was that they would give you solar panels for free if you agree to have a sign in your yard and that you would advertise your electric bill before and after the solar panels are installed. Ok so my question then is why do you need a soft credit pull? Because nothing is free. Essentially you pay a large sum of money for a loan to get the panels with the impression that you wont have to do anything at all. Now I told my sales rep my credit may not qualify at this time and that he may not want to continue but he did and said he could secure a great rate. Again why did I need this if your telling me theres no money out of pocket? Once the application was denied they quickly packed and left. Basically if you don’t qualify for their financing they have no time for you. As much as they make it seem like they care about homeowners, equity, the environment this is another sales company. Was also not impressed when I asked if I could have time to review the proposal and ask my significant other about their input on the program which was met with a touch of disdain. I can’t review the product or whether it’s useful or not but so far it’s another money grab.

D2D sales guy came by this week telling me that Duke Energy was going to be doing work on the pole outside my home to make it more hurricane proof, and that there was going to be a rate-hike to compensate.

I just called Duke and they confirmed this is not happening. I have nothing but contempt for Duke Energy, but I doubt they would openly lie about that.

Hard Pass.

Very good service this company they put me at my house solar system and I like it and it’s very good to say money I recommend it for all the people.
