4I bought an SUV a month ago, several details have gone wrong, the paint is damaged, the roof inside is broken, dirty. The discolored scratched door plastics, the damaged dashboard, etc. The car is beautiful but it has a lot of damage, the seller said he was going to give me a touch-up and I don't answer anymore
This used to be my go-to for service. But after the pandemic, things went downhill. Lately, the promptness of service & communication have improved
Worst service center ever. The simpson in irvine is much better. They don’t care to save you money and just want to milk you. I was promised that my warranty would cover a defective part in my new 2023 vehicle. After bringing the vehicle in, they did not want to honor that defect warranty and did not even bother making a claim for me with GM. Ric was not helpful. I do not recommend them.
One of the worse shop in town. Took 4 days to diagnosed a simple problems, Ric the so called advisor refuse to make an appointment himself then turn around and blame me for not talking to him directly. Afterwards the problem is still there. Will definitely bring up to management
