I will never fly with Singapore Airlines again. I have a pet to travel abroad with me. They didn’t allow my small pet in the cabin. I was lucky that on my way back from home country to US, I fly with Korean Airlines, not only was dog allowed in cabin but they are also much more processional, be able to resolve over the phone, no more charge, less paperworks, faster than the emails and emails I have to wait for days from Singapore Airlines (they don’t deal with this over the phone, and each of their reply takes several days)
Secondly, I provided them booking reference weeks ago. They only mentioned I need to change my transit flight because the original transit flight cargo is not temperature controlled. They request me to change flight to allow my pet to stay in cargo, and charge me more.
Very very bad experience with this airlines. People are scammers.
Food is disgusting.

Too bad they no longer fly to ICN. Super friendly crew. Great business class features. Highly recommend.

Excellent airline. Friendly staff on and off the plane. Premium economy is the way to go for international flights.

So, I purchased tickets back in November for a Trip in May, however I needed to be there sooner due to my Fiance's Interview getting moved up.
I called the airline and pleaded with them to move the dates. I already paid 800.00 for the flight. They act like they are going to help me, and keep me on the phone for like 2 hours, and then tell me that they could help me, but it will cost an additional $1800.00. What a Joke, these guys are dumb as hell. I would recommend finding another airline to fly with. I can't believe how little companies care about customer service now days.
