I had placed the wrong part number order for cognito lift keys, Christopher helped me get my order right, they answered right away, normally when I order online with any where it’s almost impossible to get through to any one but not with these guys communicating was not an issue. Also I looked all over for this part they had it in stock got it sent out right away Thanks again!

I love how a local-to-me shop provides world class design, product quality and customer service. When I recently blew the cold side turbo inlet hose on my 2015 F250, I knew I wasn't going to want to put another OEM hose back on. While stranded in SoCal, I called up Sinister and was immediately helped with expedited shipping on the superb product that I needed. No replacing that hose ever again. Plus their cool blue color looks nice under the hood.

This place just got busted for selling kits to get around emission control. So when you see proud hillbillies with black smoke coming out of the tailpipe you can thank them. I hope they go bankrupt.

VERY poor customer service.back story - just like most people on a budget I bought everything as I could, put everything in a corner spending close to 20k over the course of 2 years. The turbo was dropped in shipping, I called to let sinister know that it might be damaged and Julian told me to go ahead and put it on and if anything comes up they would take care of me, took a trip to Florida and put 3700mi on it and coming back it started to act up with oil in the discharge side of the intake and had to be manually spun on cold start up or it would choke out, with a total of 11000mi total on the turbo, Julian said send it back thatvthey have to QC it to find out what was wrong, spent another $100 sending it back, now sinister is saying that it's out of "Warranty" when it's Not warranty issue and that it was damaged in shipping, I have pictures of when it was dropped in shipping, thanks for really taking care of me guys. Completely unacceptable and horrible customer service! Now I'm out a turbo and a truck

I have a sinister oil bypass on the truck, it keeps eating through filter o rings about every 5k miles. When I called I was told they’d send me a new one. It never happened, now I have to change the bypass filter every 5k miles or find a different filter bracket

I recently purchased a few things for my 6.0 and every item had problems. The egr gasket kit wasn't all correct. The blue hose did not fit on the egr cooler it was way to tight. The hot side intercooler pipe boots were very poor. They are extremely soft and already are beginning to leak. I also purchased the blue spring kit upgrade and almost none of the Orings fit. Had to reuse old ones and I made sure that the kit was for a 2006 6.0. And I've done lots of work on 6.0s and this was the first time I've used sinister parts and will probably be the last. It all looks great but that was about it. Bought ford parts to replace the wrong or poorly made sinister stuff and haven't had a problem since.

Sinister diesel is my favorite place to shop for parts. They have amazing customer service where I can talk to a real person and not a computer and top quality parts with 100% satisfaction guarantee. I would recommend to anybody 10/10.

They sold me a fuel pressure gauge without a sender, wiring harness or any instructions why. I called 3 times over a 3 month period and was told they would call me back and never did. They blamed it on manufacturer PPE and still never called back. They are full of excuses no integrity. I will never use them again. My customer left and will not do business with me becouse he said it's my fault that I did business with such a poor company. I can understand because he runs the truck for a business and can't leave it set to accommodate the internet sales failures.

My experience with sinister has been nothing but five stars. I personally have been working with Eric, who is gone above and beyond to equip my 6.7 Cummins and appoint the correct products I should and shouldn’t adding (which is rare because I’ve found that many shops try to upsell just in genera) Tremendous value I found, greatly appreciate honest people. Vote with your spending dollars folks!
