SISIS PET GROOMING, South Gate CA

This place took my two dogs are they did a wonderful job win another pet groomers that want to take one of them but she took a leave her name was Maria very wonderful lady.

I hate to say this, I've never left a bad review for anyone Dissatisfied with the whole experience. I called to make an appointment and was given a price for the type of dog and services I wanted from someone asking her mother who I am assuming owns/runs it. Fast forward to the day, I come in and they tell me the price is 50% more and the person who supposedly quoted me was wrong and they can't do that price. Since pet grooming appointments everywhere seem to be a long wait time (days to weeks) I just gave up and said ok. We confirmed all the services and they said give us an hour. 20 min later they called and said my dog was ready. I was already fine with an hour but 20 surprised me and thought wow that's some fast work. I get there and everything but my dogs trimming got done (that was the main reason I even went) and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't even bring it to there attention as we had talked about it 20 min ago and confirmed everything my dog needed, I didn't want to go back and forth. I hope it isn't like this for all clients, and I hope the owner knows what's happening when she's not there (this was a Sunday around 11am). Sorry for the rant, but looking for a better service facility

My dog Oreo loves this pet groomer and so do I. The groomers are professional and appears to patient with my pup Oreo.

Our go to groomers.very nice people, always treat my dog with kindness and patience and they do a great job even when he has mats; they never cut to close and he leaves very clean and pretty.

I took my perfectly healthy dog to get a BATH and I got her back with her eye swollen shut! I took her back to show them Immediately and they put eyedrops in her eye. Her eye is still red swollen shut! Im through the roof upset that my pup has to suffer because of this! NOT OK!

Update: Now at the ER because my dog was not well! Vet said trauma to the eye! >: (

How does getting a bath turn into an ER visit for trauma!

I got to say when i first walked in I was skeptical but i worried for nothing! My dog loves coming here and I love taking her. They do a great job and treat the animals really good. My dog smells good and they accommodate any request you have (within reason of course). I have taken her three times now and I don't think I am going anywhere else anytime soon.

They never answer when I call to make an appointment and they never reply to my text messages

I love this place! I brought my cocker spaniels puppies for the first time and they were left smelling good and beautiful cut! They listened to exactly what I wanted!

I have taken my baby here two times already and I love it they are professional and caring and my baby always comes back looking so cute ️

Im very happy to take my dogs here. I have 3, I usually don't need an appointment. Not only does it feel good to support a small business, but EVEN IF you wanted to do petco/petsmart grooming, the appointment system is WHACK

I have take my cocker spaniel to many groomers and this one is by far the best one my dog behave nicely with them I was so surprise and happy my baby came out smelling amazing and the cut was how I wanted, this girls for sure have my business I would highly recommend this spot for your pet

I called at 10am and Maria took me in as a walk in on Sunday, Pearl was received and as I walked away I could hear Maria telling Pearl “it’s ok”:)

I switched for a deferent groomer that I was not happy with. Well I have found my new groomer for Pearl.

They are patient and caring with our puppies. Will definitely return.

Horrible service will not be taking my puppy there any more! Beware! Puppy was dropped off 9am and returned to me at 5pm with a horrible hair cut

Brought my Pug Lola for the first time last weekend and I loved it. The girls are very nice and did a great job! I am definitely taking Lola back there.
