I really enjoyed my experience. My sales rep, Kevin K, took time to listen to my needs and made sure he showed mattresses that would suit my needs. Unlike other places, he didn't try to push anything that didn't pertain to what I needed or something that would produce a larger commission. He was so patient and personable, and I would 1000% recommend Kevin to anyone looking for true service.

I walked in and was immediately greater by a smiling face, Reza Iradi. I told him I was looking for a queen mattress and box spring as well as well as a frame for a spare bedroom. He showed me 4 options and within minutes I purchased the items and scheduled a delivery date. This was the easiest purchase I ever made. Cudos to Mr. Iradi.

I had a wonderful experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and strived to find the best deals for me.

Our salesman, Raza, at the Long Beach store was very helpful, and we ended up buying a split king bed plus 2 pillows. We haven’t taken delivery yet, so this is just about the buying experience. Raza was excellent and answered all our questions. The store has a very large selection of beds, and we had looked at 3 other stores, with only 2 or 3 beds.

2nd time we purchased our matress excellent Service. Great energy very welcoming and great prices thank you for service we definitely will be back and continue to recommended this great store. Staff are awsome every time we visit thank you

I have dragged my husband to Sit n Sleep about 3-4 times looking for a new mattress. We always dealt with Nicole at each visit. She would explain so many things about the various mattresses and answer the numerous questions we had. She was never pushy and always patient. Bought a new mattress this morning at the Long Beach store. Got a quality product at a great price. The showroom is very clean and bright. Our salesperson, Nicole, was very informative and thorough. I would highly recommend!

We visited Sit n Sleep in Long Beach 3 times in the last few months. We worked with Kevin, Nicole and Mike. They were all super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. They all made us feel comfortable working with each of them. They work as a team! We finally decided to go with a split ca king adjustable Tempur Pedic and a Purple pillow. Mike helped us with financing and and it went quickly and smoothly. Our bed is supposed to be delivered in just 4 days. We are so excited and highly recommend the team at the Long Beach store.

I bought a Sealy mattress from here that ended up being too firm for me, which was a real bummer. Once my one-month waiting period ended I went back to Sit 'n Sleep and Reza, the same agent who helped me before, recognized me and helped me find a softer mattress for $100 less than the price I paid for the original one. Reza was very kind and waived the exchange fee for me, and also threw in a pillow at that. My new mattress got delivered two days later, and it's been much more comfortable. As a young twenty-something, buying a nice mattress was an expensive investment, and when my first choice didn't work out it was stressful and disheartening. But Sit 'n Sleep really went above and beyond to help me, and I was very happy with the customer service. Thank you Reza!

Kevin made the buying experience exceptional. Very knowledgeable, patient and sincere in wanting us to find the right fit for a bed and not just try to sell me something! This is my second Tempur-pedic purchase from sit and sleep and everything from walking in the door to delivery and set up met and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this location in Long Beach if you were in the market for a new mattress as they have a ton of options, easy parking and clean, well maintained faculty. 6 stars!
