Wow! I’m still in awe of the professionalism and kindness that I was shown upon my first visit to Dr. Jennifer Wong at Site for Sore Eyes in SF Sutter location.

I first met Becky who was very kind and made me feel right at home. Becky asked me what I needed to get handled during my visit.

Becky put together an awesome, detailed estimate for me with my insurance deductible included while I waited for my eye exam.

After meeting the fantastic and amazing Dr. Wong, I was truly in awe with how kind and knowledgeable she is. She has an amazing sense of humor and makes you feel like you are being cared for.

After my exam, I met with Becky one more time to get my order in. Becky is an amazing person. Very articulate, professional, and funny.

Thank you all that work at this location. You are all amazing, wonderful people and I am so glad I got to spend moment with you.:)

genuinely dedicated and a master of her craft. All staff are friendly and welcoming. So glad I came in that day. What a great surprise!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had at an optometrist. I recently moved to SF and visited based on a co-worker's suggestion. Dr. Wong was helpful, engaging, enthusiastic and genuinely concerned with making sure all my questions were answered and needs met. She has actually made me look forward to going BACK to the optometrist. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I discovered Dr. Jennifer Wong’s office last year. I love my visits. The staff is friendly. They use the latest technology.

Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns, explains the science to me. She also made dietary recommendations for healthy eyes! She is hands down the best optometrist I’ve ever had! I enjoyed our conversations so much, I did not want to leave! Lol

Becky and the crew are extremely kind and helpful. The doctor takes her time and helps explain everything. The selection of frames is vast. A bit pricey, but otherwise a fantastic experience.

If you’re looking for exceptional service and eye care this is your place. This is a family owned business and it’s worth the trip downtown. The owners care about their business and they genuinely care about you. They will work with you in selecting new frames and they’re just as happy keeping you in your current (in my case, old) frames. I thought customer service was dead… not here! Ten stars!

While we were visiting the city, a pair of glasses were significantly damaged.
We stopped in at the Sutter St. Site for Sore Eyes location to have the arms straightened. Although they originally expected they were damaged beyond repair, the technician was able to do a very good temporary repair.
The administrative staff and the technician were very helpful and friendly. I can honestly say I have rarely seen such awesome customer service.
We appreciated the honest and friendly experience. Kudos to the staff at this location.

Five stars for the Optometrist, Jennifer Wong. I have seen her many many times, and she is always very professional, easy going, caring and flexible. She asks good questions, listens intently and answers my questions fully. She has gone overboard in letting me try different contact lenses (power, progressive, etc.) over a two month period to ensure we had the right prescription for me. Further, the staff at Site for Sore Eyes are always very friendly and accomodating.

Wonderful service! Rowena and Becky really helped me out with choosing a frame that was fitting for my face, but also goes with my style. I wasn't aware that I should get glasses with a nose pad because of my asian nose. They told me that because I barely have a bridge, I should choose a frame with nose pads so it sits on my face better. No location has took that into consideration before! I felt very taken care of at this location. Angel who made my glasses was great assistance with teaching me how to use my progressive lenses. Would highly recommend this place for anyone needing to do an exam or purchase glasses

Face masks are required and by appointment only. Very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Wong is great and makes you feel comfortable and the customer service is excellent.

I needed contacts after forgetting to reorder my usual brand and came across this particular Site for Sore Eyes in the city! Becky was extremely helpful in discussing the different options and price points available to me. It’s evident she was super knowledgeable in all the brands and types of lenses which made choosing so much easier! I ended up going with bi-weekly lenses as opposed to daily use lenses and am finding it so much better for my lifestyle… To top it off; the price was DEFINITELY right and in a current world full of inflation, that makes purchasing this necessity so guilty free. I’m for sure reordering through this location so long as Becky is there!

Brought my fiancee here to get glasses after several disappointing experiences elsewhere.

They deftly found several pairs that fit her face and aesthetic. They also got us the best price between insurance and promotions. Follow-up visits were easy and fun.

This business is run by a family that has great skill and excellent service. They deserve your patronage.
