Site for Sore Eyes - Walnut Creek reviews
6I have been going to this store since 2017 and always get satisfactory service, the staff is really friendly and absolutely professional and the skilled technician fixed my glasses to the perfection, would definitely go back.
Rebecca (manager) and assistant saved me! Helped me fix a lens that had come off; free of charge. Will surely come back for prescription and new frames.
I can not say enough good things about their customer service! Julia and Claire are experienced, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have had some issues with my prescription (done by a different Dr.) that needed to be redone and they were so helpful in the process to redo my lenses and make it right. It turned out to be PERFECT! Thank you so much, I’ll be forever grateful.
I Will never Visit Them again! I walked In and Smiles all over, paid $500 for My (New Frames) glasses. Within a Month one of the Lens fell out Without me knowing, Ask them to replace and their Response was I'm going to have to charge you $300 to replace a Len they didn't Seal well. Couldn't believe a Company could collect like.oh well one and done Is Okay for them! Thanks for Nothing, 5 Thumbs down
Completely incompetent staff who have no idea what they are doing. I would give zero stars if possible.
Good service, but very expensive. A Lucky Brand frame is $279 in-store, online can purchase for $125. Same with Lenses. I can buy frames and lenses from multiple online retailers without insurance for much cheaper than Site for Sore Eyes using my VSP vision insurance. The markup is too much. Ended up buying an online retailer.
