Great new location, service and staff on broadway, across from Chase Bank downtown Redwood City. Location at Sequoia Station has closed.

I had as great of an experience as one can ask for. The owner was there who is super helpful and professional. I’m also very satisfied with the lenses thatI had acquired. No headaches, no blurriness, would definitely recommend.

I've been going to this place for a few years now and Mustafa and his team are great! The doctors are knowledgeable and the front desk team is kind and patient. I recently got contacts for the first time and they took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the process of putting them in and out. Highly recommend this place if you need an exam and purchase glasses and contacts. They have a wide selecation. Can't wait to see their new location!

Unprofessional. I told both the receptionist and eye doctor that I was there to update my glasses prescription. Immediately after I paid for the prescription, the receptionist told me my prescription would fluctuate for the next six months due to my being pregnant. I said they should have told me that prior to the exam and payment and he just smiled and shrugged.

Was visiting the area for work purposes and my glasses happened to lose a nose pad. This shop was able to replace both of the nose pads in seconds, free of charge. Super respectful staff and immediately willing to help

This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had. People are not professional at all! Both my husband and I did the eye exams with Linda Woo, and I paid for the services with my FSA card. Here comes what is not professional at all
1. When they returned me the documents for my insurance, they instead returned me my patient records for enrollment. I didn't realize it until I got home. It turned out that I had to visit the store again to return the docs back!
2. I need the Receipt to justify my FSA spending. The FUNNY thing is that it takes 3 WEEKS for them to just email me one of the two receipts! And within the 3 weeks, I keep calling them!
3. I asked them why they didn't bill my insurance sot that I can get the receipt from the insurance company and they told me they only did it once per month. Kidding? It's almost one month since I did the eye exam! And the assistant just simply explained SHE FORGOT! My FSA company has already issued me a warning and I'm so short of time and she told me he's been forgetting all of them (I even visited the store and saw her taking notes in front of me!) In short, they DONT CARE!
4. Last not but the least, I didnt feel well after I got my new glasses with the new prescription! I kind of doubt if they are able to do anything.

First time to write a one star review! And people save your time and don't go!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff from the front office to the doctor. The place is very clean and they go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. After trying multiple optometrist in the area, this is by far the best one. Don't hesitate to check them out!

During a holiday is the worst time for eyeglasses to break - especially if you work that week, because your time to try and get them fixed is limited. Which is why I had to go out on Black Friday and get my glasses held together with something a bit stronger than tape.

The first place I went wasn't even open, and I'm glad they weren't because I found Site for Sore Eyes while looking for a replacement. They absolutely nailed it. In and out in under ten minutes with my glasses in great shape, for less than half the price I was expecting to pay for repairs. They even mentioned they could try and find discount frames to fit the lenses if they couldn't do repairs, but once I got there they turned that option down, saying I didn't need them. They turned down a sale because it wasn't necessary. WOW.

When I DO need new glasses, I'm coming back here first, no doubt about it.

I had a great experience here, especially during COVID. They took extra precautions and disinfected every pair of glasses I tried on. They were very helpful walking through what everything would cost.

Arrived to a confirmed appointment only to discover the staff did not have the equipment to process my insurance. I even offered to pay for the exam and have them bill my insurance later, but after a brief interaction with the rude as hell asian lady who told me later she was the one performing the exam (!) I figured I better trust my vision care to someone with at least a basic understanding of sympathy. Oh and did I mention I was a current client? Total joke of a company.

I bought a pair of eyeglass from them. With only 6 months, it's broken. I didn't buy the insurance as it's already expensive and I thought that It's not worth to buy only 1 year guarantee. I paid 300$ on my glass, the most expensive I've ever paid for glasses. They're liar. I advise you not to buy from this store base on my own experience. Very expensive, very low quality. If I can, I'd give 0 star.
