18DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! The absolute worst experience ever. Don’t sit there wondering why. Just DONT! Trust me.
Awful! Each time I reserve a car here and show up to pick it up, they always tell me it is not available but that they have a different one for me. I reserved and paid for a luxury car and they bring out a skateboard the line was out the door with an hour and 45 minute wait ️ won't be renting from here anymore! I mean that!
The wait to pick up our rental at LAX was unreasonable. It should not take nearly one hour to just reach the ticket desk. Once we finally reached the counter it took 8 minutes to complete the paperwork. I am sure this had something to do with us booking through a third party vendor, because people were at the counter much longer than we were. There were only three agents working the desks on a Saturday morning at LAX - not good.
I was a little nervous that I had ordered a car and then read some reviews, but WOW! I could have not been happier with my experience! From start to finish I was in and out within minutes enjoying my vacation. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The whole process was seamless! Althea was awesome! Great customer service is hard to find these days but she didn't miss a beat! I have had horrible experiences with other car rental places, but I can't praise these guys enough! I will definitely be back!
One of the best rental experience I had. Good deals if you book in advance. The vehicles are new and in top condition complete with accessories like navigation, video entertainment remote and 4 headphones, LED headlights and lane assist, etc.
Renting a car, in fact picking it up is always a nightmare for me and I've rented cars lots of times. It wad my first time at Sixt and I felt like in a hotel lobby. So clean, fast and kind! All the staff was great, but special thanks to Salma (I hope wrote her name right). She fixed the problem so nicely, even it wasn't their fault. Next time definitely Sixt!
They are all about bait and switch. Never have auto promised. Horrible customer service that have no regard for customer experience.
It's a wonderful service. They provide a shuttle bus to take you to and fro the airport. I had no problems with sixt.
Worst Customer Seriously don’t deserve even 1 Star.
Dudes working here are so senseless that they don’t have time to check their reservations and send shuttle to passengers waiting at the airport. Had to wait at the damn airport for more than an hour and still no shuttle.
Damn you guys.
I will never ever consider Sixt as a damn f**ing rental car company.

Guys, Pls consider waiting atleast 2 hours before your shuttle arrives at the airport if you have a reservation with damn Sixt
Great experience. Efficient shuttle service. Got the vehicle I reserved (not so usual for other rental companies that then offer "similar"). Outstanding service from the employees at pick-up and drop-off. I couldn't have made a better rental choice in L. A.area!
Shuttle took a little while to show up. Give yourself enough time to make your flight after returning the car.
Awesome cars at great prizes. Was a Presidents Choice at Hertz but didn't get to drive any fancy cars ever. Its amazing to drive a BMW for about $10 more than what I would have paid Hertz for a Kia or Sonata.
Dear Sixt
We plan to rent a SUV from the category GFAR. We really would love having a Chevy Suburban or even a Cadillac Escalade. Would that be possible? Or will you give us a GMC Yukon?

Not a great experience. No self check in kiosks mean you have to wait forever and a day to get your car. Plus registration averages 3 people per hour. Weird when you think this is actually an upscale rental company. Rent somewhere else if you're in a hurry. Stellar service though.

Great service and Price. We Got a a great car for our California trip all set with 8seats and 4x deive the GMC was just what was needed for a family of 6 and we enjoyed every mile of it.

Great selection of cars at a much better price than the bigger name places. Was very happy after we were done with the rental, plus staff is very friendly and professional.
