14Rented the car at LAX and returned it to the location at W 8th Street, LA. If you pre-check in first, once you take the shuttle to the rental, you are in your car within 5 minutes. Same thing with returning, you just dropped off the car at the lot, and then walk over to the office and tell them you are returning. That was it. Very efficient. I will definitely use Sixt again

WARNING AVOID Sixt Rentals!
Hired a car with Sixt, for my wonderful vacation in California, Pre Paid in full for the vehicle, Returned the car at end of rental everything perfect & in order as per the rental agreement! Then on return to the UK surprised to notice Sixt charged my Barclaycard with a fee of £181.00 with no explanation as to why, Barclaycard got involved following investigation following supply of all the paperwork which found in my favour & Sixt bank refunded my Barclaycard as Sixt never challenged or explain what the charge was for! Then Sixt started emailing me threatening debt recovery action with bully boy tactics, I responded twice via E mail asking what the charge was for & they ignored me offering no response, just big company bully boy tactics! Disgusting service, I’ve used Enterprise & Hertz previously lovely companies with a can do attitude & great Customer Service Folks my advice is avoid Sixt rental cars at all costs if you don’t want to suffer the same surprise chargers to your credit card & use another reputable Car Hire Company! Poor Show if I could rate 0 stars I would!

I always love using Sixt. I had to rent a vehicle for work and they informed me of their subscription service. Everything was super simple to navigate and Jose really helped me out by informing me that I left my house keys in the car! Thank you, Jose!

They give me a car not ready for rental. Not even Half tank of gas and strong weed odor when I picked it up. I don’t understand why they can give their customers a cat not even ready for rental. Besides that the safe belts in the back seat was broken (bite by dogs). The supervisor insist the smell is from the bleach. Everyone else can tell that smell is from weed. I always rent car from SixT. This time is definitely the worst experience I have with this company. I called Sixt support and went to other location. The staff at Beverly Hills said they don’t understand why they give this car to me. The only reason I leave with this car is because the day MLK day and I don’t want to spend my energy to talk to them. Sixt is the best rental company, but this location is the worst experience I had so far.
Jose was a great help when checking out the car, took no more than 15 minutes, in & out really quick. Returning was even easier, their location is at a parking lot where you drop off car then walk inside to return key. ANAS was super helpful when returning the car.he had a customer but saw that i was returning & accepted my key & sent over the invoice to my email- i mentioned i was supposed to return car last night but by the time i came back was too late so i returned this morning but SIXT had already charged an extra day but he helped me remove that! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
