Sizzler - Santa Clara

Sadly within 10 minutes of paying for dinner ($58.25) our car was broken into and several items were stolen. Even though the food ordered was not eaten due to the circumstances of spending the next hour and a half canceling everything and contacting the Santa Clara police department to only be told that this is an epidemic they are aware of and will not send out any police, "it is quite common, you can file a report online" we where not offered or given any type of refund. My advice there much better choices available, I'd steer clear of this location.

Wilson our waiter is the best thus is our first time in 2 years new owners salad bar now open

The foods are good.nothing fancy like Black Angus. Cheese Cake Factory but they are good. Our waiter, Alexander, was super friendly and attentive!

The service was great the food was hot. The salad bar was my favorite. The place was very clean. Enjoyed my time with my lady.awesome

Long wait, confusing menu, and just ok food. Spoons missing for an hour, 6 dressings without labels, are just some of the moderately frustrating things that chip away at a good experience. Service was good and food was OK.

I ordered from sizzler last night.spent $30. I just talk to the manager and she said oh I’m sorry about that. I ordered the steak and Malibu chicken and I ordered my steak to be MR. I received it and the steak was well done.the potato and Malibu chicken tasted old.just wanted to write an honest review for other people don’t waste there money… sizzler used to be good so don’t know if it’s just this one.so disappointed

Thanksgiving, The wife and I ordered for dinner at home. She got the double lobster tails and I ordered the rib-eye steak and extras. When she got home hers was fine and mine was burnt up, I ordered medium and got a past well done steak burnt up.

Worst experience ever. Lobster wasn't cooked all the way still jellyfish, steak over cooked, shrimp burnt. Then to top it off the lady at next table throws up all over the table and floor. She gets up and walks out doesn't say nothing or clean up. I tell the waitree and she says ok thanks. Then bus boy comes wipes table yhen wipes another table with the same towel he wiped the vomit with. Didn't even clean up the vomit on the floor. I excited faster than you can believe. So much for santazed and clean restaurant. For staff I would give negative 1000 stars

Ok food. Been here twice, both times they messed up our steaks. We asked for medium rare and got very rare both times. Staff is friendly, I do wish they would use sanitizer and clean washcloths when wiping down tables and condiment bottles. Observed them using dirty water, no soap in it, and a dirty wash cloth cleaning the tables.

My husband and I both ordered a steak dinner. I ordered steak and breaded shrimp, my husband ordered the tri-tip. With a baked potato. Both the steaks were so tough we could not chew them let alone cut them with a steak knife. It's the worst meal from Sizzler ever. To top it off, it cost us $31.00.

I love the all you can eat salad bar, except the ribs, chickens are very dry. They should cook it fresh.
