These chocolates are phenomenal! So creative and delicious! Will definitely order again and again. Best vegan chocolate?

Not worth the money in my opinion. I got a mixed pack of chocolates, some tasted like the cheap chocolate you get in a valentine’s day assortment as a kid. The sticky caramel was good. For the price, I would expect outstanding chocolate though. Would not purchase again.

Wonderful chocolate. Wonderful people. I discovered Sjaak's chocolate 6 or 7 years ago at a little local natural grocery store while I was visiting Daytona beach. I would always make it a point to stop in there when in the area and stock up. At the time I was vegan and it was HARD to find truly delicious, creamy chocolate that didn't have dairy in it.

So when I came to visit my BF in Santa Rosa I knew we had to stop at the Sjaak's headquarters just next door in Petaluma.

We thought it was going to be a whole store, but it's actually their distribution headquarters.

There is only a tiny storefront, but it is WORTH a stop!

Robert was SO friendly and nice to us, and fun + generous with samples.

He was more than happy to walk us though what they had and pull anything from the back for us.

We left with a couple bags of goodies (and there's a good chance I'll stop back for more before I leave town). Thank you guys!

We ordered 2lbs and 4oz of chocolate online, and it's just not even close to worth the price of $90 that we paid. I've had other vegan "milk" chocolate that tastes better and is way cheaper. They are innovative, but I just can't behind this product for the taste and price. I might pay half for what we got, but even that is steep. 3 stars instead of 2 because it was well packaged and did not melt during transit

Best vegan chocolate EVER! Hands down, no competition! Actually, we give Sjaak's chocolates to our non-vegan friends all the time, and they just think it is phenomenal artisanal chocolate. They have no clue it is missing the milk! Since they revamped things at Sjaak's a couple of years ago, the chocolate offerings have only gotten more interesting and more delicious. All of their offerings with melk chocolate and peanut butter or almond butter are amazing. The Dream bars are phenomenal! Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you order from this company! Do be aware that shipping takes a little while during the busy seasons though. If you need Halloween candy for your kids or Valentine's Day chocolate for your sweetie, get a jump on your order. It all sells out quickly because it is so good!

Lovely vegan chocolate. Their store in Petaluma is amazing, then discovered that the natural market in El Cerrito carried their Easter chocolates. Always a pleasure to eat sweets that don’t hurt others.

A Google search led me here. My wife has a dairy and egg allergy, so I'm always on the lookout for treats she can eat. I ordered a variety of products for her for Valentines Day and she loved them! We live in Florida and the shipping was fast and inexpensive. I added the ice packs, which was absolutely worth the nominal fee. Give this place a try; it's worth every bit of five stars and you will not be disappointed!

Melk Caramel Bite: 28 years is a long time to go without. We’re swearing on 28 years it is the best chocolate we’ve ever experienced, vegan or otherwise. An entire piece of cake from the French Broad Chocolate Lounge did not even achieve a higher taste. All of the babies and all of the animals thank you. Happy Halloween.

I've been coming to Sjaak's off-and-on for a year or two now, and they're simply fantastic. My chocophile wife loves their chocolate, and I was also able to get some keto-friendly chocolates when I was trying that diet.

This summer I took my 4-year-old there because she wanted to buy a treat for her mama. The staff was really great with her, was covid-safe and still let her try out several types of chocolate. (We ended up buying 3 or 4 boxes. It was that good.)

The experience was so lovely and wholesome that my daughter talks about how she wants to work there someday. So she can eat chocolate and share chocolate with her customers, and she spent the next few days pretending to 'sell' me the chocolate we'd bought together.

Drove ~3 hours just to go here, and it didn’t disappoint! Super friendly staff and beyond delicious chocolate! Can’t wait to come back.

I ordered a variety of things during the holiday crush and they shipped it out pretty quickly. Unfortunately the USPS ended up losing the shipment and with all the delays and trouble they were having it took over a month to really figure this out. I had emailed Sjaak's a couple times and got a brief reply but was wondering when they would really get back to me. Then after a few days someone called me up and was extremely apologetic and nice. They explained they wanted to make it 100% right, which I thought was nice considering the whole shipping debacle wasn't their fault. They ended up sending me my order all over again for free along with an extra chocolate bar. They turned what was a negative experience into a super positive one, especially considering that someone who worked there personally called me up to set up the reship and apologize. We really liked most of the chocolates too!

I work for a large corporation, looking for a local business to support with thank you gifts to our clients. Our first order went out immediately to multiple recipients and the rave reviews started flowing. Their chocolates are so delicious and I love that they are vegan and organic.

I placed a Valentine's Day order for my 5 year old son because I really wanted him to have the chocolate heart with gummy bears inside. Well it turns out they ran out even though I had already placed an order for them. Due to my disappointment, they sent me a few free chocolates, which all tasted great. My son loved them all. Thank you!

Ordered online, shipment came fine but after checking out, the shipping price jumped from $8 to $25 without any warning. I wasn’t thrilled about it but figured some special vegan chocolate for Valentines day would be worth it. I received the chocolates in a timely fashion but my partner and I who aren’t usually very picky about vegan chocolate, were both pretty disappointed. Some of the old fashioned truffles were yummy but the nut butter bites are really not very good nor were the fruit and nut truffles. I saw they had really good reviews so maybe we just got a bad batch or something. Presentation was nice though!

I originally gave a four star review due to some shipping issues. After reaching out to the SJAAKS company I am more than happy to change my review to 5 stars. Not only do they have almost immediate response time, but their customer service is outstanding. I will definitely continue buying their delicious chocolate!

I’ve been buying Sjaak's chocolates for years, starting when my local co-op used to carry their products. Now my husband and I just buy them online. I absolutely love all of their products! So delicious I especially love buying all the seasonal chocolates. It’s hard to find vegan white chocolate, but they have some amazing vegan white chocolate products, like the Halloween ghosts and the Hazelnut Snowballs.

We just received our holiday order and now I’m especially excited to see that a lot of the plastic packaging is now compostable! That is a so hard to find for chocolate products. I will always think of Sjaak’s first for all of my chocolate and gifting needs
