SKECHERS Factory Outlet, San Clemente CA

I went to this location to exchange my shoes and I was incredibly impressed for the customer service. I spent less than 5 minutes and left happy and satisfied with this incredible experience. Associate 035590 (I'm sorry I forgot to ask his name) is a five star employee who deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much for making my day

I wanted to buy some sandals. I found a model on display that looked promising but I went through boxes on my own but couldn’t find that model. I would have liked some help but no one seemed to be working there. After 20 minutes I gave up and left.

We did buy shoes here it they weren't at outlet prices. They have lots of shoes on display but most are in odd sizes. One shoe I liked only had 2 sizes (and only one pair of each size) on the rack - an 8 and an 8.5. I'm a 10 so what is the actual point? ! We found some shoes for the kids but it took forever and they weren't the ones we preferred. Just as well they are super comfy or this place wouldn't exist.

It has been a while that I made to a factory outlet. One thing different at this place was that all my questions were answered kindly and I got the help to find the right shoes I needed for my mom)

They have a huge selection of shoes especially the kids' sizes. The store was very organized and clean.

I drove all the way down here. Not close by. They were closed!

They didn’t even bother to change their hours online.

Just walked out at this store at 10: 45am March 4th, 2021. Me and my sister walked in with my mom. We were greeted by a really nice assistant, he showed me where the work shoes non-slip where located. The area was being worked on by two workers replenishing the shoes. One of the employees (boh) gave us attitude, she was mad that we were ‘in her’ way. We came to this location for the reason that we needed work shoes for our next day of work. We were trying on the shoes and finding our right size and she said that the leftovers shoes we would have to bring them over to her because she’s counting them? I understand that she had work to get done but she could have shown understanding that we were there as customers with the intent of buying shoes for work. Horrible experience, I do not need to be told to bring the shoes over, the minute we said that we were going to go to Mission Viejo because we ‘felt in her way’ she started laughing. What kind of assistance and customer service are you guys promoting? Very disappointed!

Found some really cute sketchers sandals! Getting ready for the summer in cushy comfort! Really nice outlet center.

Very busy store today. 50% off second pair sale. Staff was very friendly and when checking out, the clerk gave me an additional 10% off. Entire store was clean as well.
