SKECHERS Factory Outlet, Tulare CA

There was two ladies on a monday night, and one was very friendly. It was about 20 min until closing and when we paid the older lady was very rude. Like i understand your trying to leave on time but technically it was not 8pm exact yet. She makes me not want to go back.

Lately when visiting Sketches has not been a good experience. All the people are stocking shelves & unavailable to help customers. I had to go looking for someone to check us out. Three customers waiting in line. Also they are talking to each loud. I’ve been going here for years, what has changed?

I hope the regional manager (s) and corporate see this review. I am a regular customer, older, and I do suffer from diabetes. I needed a new pair of walking/running shoes, and associate Jackie listened to what I needed, and within 10 minutes, I had the perfect ULTRA GO SNEAKERS ON MY WAY HOME! Management should know this SKECHERS Factory Outlet in Tulare is obviously well-ran, and Jackie and Valentin represent everything amazing that is expected of them by SKECHERS corporate. Update 9/14/2022 Once again perfect customer service from Angelica and Geraldy. I am an older customer and footwear is important, due to diabetes. Needed a shoe with support for the house, purchased Skechers Foamies Archfit Valiant, perfecto! Obviously store management and regional management must be excellent. Thanks, Neil Glozer, Visalia, CA

I’ve been here 2 times at 7: 20pm-40 after work trying to get some new work shoes and always disappointed to find the doors locked. Hours are wrong online. Real hours posted outside the doors they close at 7 everyday

Valentin and Rosy both had a outstanding customer service and were happy to help me Valentin was very helpful to help my mom get the right shoe for her and the most comfortable for work Rosy checked us out and was amazing I was a very happy and satisfied customer.

Great place to buy kid shoes.wat every you do, DON'T waste your money on there shoe cleaner. I just got it and it's worthless.waste of money if u need a good one go to Macy's and it works great for $10

Factory out let? Had to go down the walk to find the sketches shoe I wanted. And only have a couple sizes each shoe.

I went to Skechers on May 12 to buy replacements for my worn out GoWalk shoes. There were only two people in the store.me and a male employee. At no time did he acknowledge that I was even in the store. I walked past him as I walked around the aisles; I moved a rolling ladder out of my way and made a lot of noise; he walked right in front of me; and never once did he ever look at or talk to me and use his awesome customer service skills. I went home and bought the shoes on Amazon.and saved $10.00. Won't be going back.

Soposably they open at 11 and it 15 minutes till 12 and I need shoes for work at 2 what a horrible experience

I always buy Skechers
with Memory Foam to wear on my morning walk. Love my skechers.

My favorite shoe place, the girls are nice but need to be trained on how to handle customers when computers go down! The cashier got overwhelmed and went to get the mgr instead of telling the customers that were waiting in line!
