9Busy in the store, with a long line for the cash register. Both clerks were friendly and efficient. I came to exchange shoes that didn't fit right that I'd ordered online. Found a Bob's cat printed shoe I wanted and Reina checked her computer, found my size at the Santa Ana store, then CALLED THAT STORE TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED TO ME AT HOME THIS WEEK - I was surprised and delighted with her extra effort for me. I found a pair of shoes in the discount section that were a different color than a favorite pair I'd bought previously, so I had to nab them! THANK YOU to the SKECHERS team.
Nice store, decent selection. Prices on the high side, but get the app for frequent discount codes up to 25%.
For some reason I keep coming back here but can not find shoes that I really like. I know they have lots of styles but they either don't feel good on my feet or dont look good on me. But something keeps calling me back in. The employees are not friendly so it's not that, that's for sure.
Only 1 cashier open and 3 people in line waiting. Not necessary, lots of employees in the store.
You have a miss understand and the sign did you have 50 % and 30% and went to go pay is a normal. Price isn't and special. And the worker and the front is rude lady.
They stopped the buy one get the 2nd 1/2 off deal they had for years, everything it is now full price and the shoes aren't worth it for eighty to a hundred bucks a pear we'll look for shoes from another manufacturer goodbye Skechers, until you bring back some sort of deal because they are not worth it at full price!
My wife and I with a friend went to two different stores, I wear a 12 4e and my wife wears a 9 1/2n. Neither of us could find anything we needed. Neither could our friend.
No service at all. Everyone you ask for help its like if you not here. Not my first bad experience but for sure our last time at this store. We love the Co but this place needs help.
