SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet reviews
9Nice and clean but not many sizes available. Discounts are minimal and some of the staff was very rude and more interested in gossiping with coworkers than answering questions (some staff members were very professional as well).
Good staff but I'm not buying their shoes anymore I don't that they are as good as they think they are.
Extremely disappointment, visiting the store location not even a HELLO or think you or welcome, I literally felt obligated to finish my transaction at the Register. Very disappointed that she didn’t have a thought that my transaction of $85 will make part of her paycheck for today. It’s sad so many staff members profanity language in between them. It’s just disappointment. I feel that management needs more support on training their staff on a HELLO or welcome, or HELP THEM keeping a) in your face.
Never had a bad experience at sketcher store, but this one now I understand with my coworkers were saying.
As a female myself and a Latina they represent us this way to the Latin community. I definitely know what store not to recommend moving forward. Rude personalities.
They should change the system hours, it's 8: 30 and it's already closed. They should put it at 8: 30, not 9: 00.
Pros and cons.it really depends on the employee you get. I went yesterday in evening. The manager started turning down lights without announcing they were going to close. Scared my toddler whose scared of dark. No sign on door with hours. Decided to come back next morning. The cashier girl was nice. She helped me look for shoe. The male cashier also nice, did job with signing up rewards. Other morning manager not nice, asked to help see if had size. My eyes are going so can't read tiny print. She went to isle and did not offer to look in back. The other employee I had to get went and checked and got shoe for me. They were not helping get sizes unless you asked.so a gentleman was climbing up to get shoe. And manager yelled across room "get down unless you want to work here" and didn't go over to even help him get size or help in general. I was at store for good 45mins in morning, bought my shoes but manager's need some more customer service training. They have very few wide shoes and have more wide online than in store. Also if you need bigger than 8 in womens or bigger than 11 mens.it's kinda hit or miss. They do have toddler shoes though.
Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff plus Great Selections equals a Great Shopping Experience!
My first time in this store and it won't be the last!
Went in to buy boots for a new job. The clerk was very nice and helpful, and just the service I needed basically went in, bought my shoes, and was out in minutes.
Really clean and mostly organized. They even have extra stock above and below most shoes. Workers were both super friendly and helped us with no issues!
Great variety in sneakers and boots. I like to figure out something cool in clearance section.
