Love this place,! My face n neck are gorgeous I'm so grateful for this place!

For the price, they should include under the jawline, especially for those who don’t want the neck and chest, just the head. Also, if everyone has the same negative reaction to a portion of the treatment, change the protocol. Also, let people know in advance that everyone you’ve treated has had the same reaction. Full disclosure.

Just had my first facial in Skin Laundry at Fashion Island location and was very impressed by their customer service and professionalism! They were very helpful and answered all my concerns. I will definitely go back in this location and thank you for a very nice and relaxing facial to nurse Felipe, the manager, Doris and Bella!

Such a hard sell on the monthly plan begins before you even go in for your first treatment. I was told several conflicting things about their “promotional” offer and the receptionist was frustrated when I asked questions for clarification. She was condescending and insulting. I liked the facial itself, but will not give my money to an establishment that works that way!

I love this place! I alternate between the Signature facial and the Thermal Fractional facial. The staff is fantastic and the treatments are wonderful.
