Really petty front desk girl. I arrived 30 seconds after the incredibly short 5 minute grace period and she wouldn’t let me in. After driving 25 minutes to get there. I’ve never been late before and this was my last treatment.

Rude, unprofessional, snobby with a grace period of 5 min that isn’t communicated before with neither an email or text. I work in healthcare - UC Davis and we give 15 min. And our work is life or death! This place is a joke. They will charge you $25 for 5 min late fee. My recommendation? Stay away from these people that think themselves a bigger deal than they actually are haha

The service is excellent. Check in process is seamless and the nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and friendly. It’s very clean and calm inside and I’m seeing results 3 weeks in. Very happy with my decision to invest here and look forward to continued results.

Horrible, I went in thinking it will help my face with the blushing cheeks issue that i have only when i blush or am nervous, and now i have red burning cheeks everytime after i remove my foundation and wash my face. It is now always visible. The tool they use is like a laser it's hot which makes the skin feel like it's burning. I don't think for blushing issues a hot laser should be used as it amplifies the redness, and it's expensive and the process takes only 8/10 mins max and you are done, not even feeling like you are pampering yourself. Good thing I didn't have to pay full price because they had theire "first time" special.
Anyways, this is not something I'd ever go back to do again. I am just waiting for my skin to hopefully calm down and go back to normal the way it was before not like now being red and feeling like my cheeks are on fire.

I would just save your money, they have too much emphasis on selling packages to sign you up for 3 months minimum at at least $250 a month. It’s also not a “facial” more of a laser treatment, they ask you about 20 minutes worth of medical questions before even getting started. The actual treatment takes about 10 minutes, too mercantile and not relaxing.

Did the Signature Laser Facial for the first time. Staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Loved the experience so much, I signed up for the membership. Got a free tote too!
