After booking my first appointment with my membership Skin Laundry called me to cancel my appointment. They claimed their app double booked appointments. They called at 7: 42pm, the night before a 9: 15am appointment. Incredibly frustrating, seriously considering canceling my membership. My appointment still shows in the app.
After a cancellation they called the next day and were able to see me. Service was fine, docked one star for booking issue.

During my first visit the associates were very attentive and courteous. The nurse gave me a detailed explanation of future recommendations for my skin problems. I am looking forward for my next visit and the treatment ooutcome. The staff make and excellent team. Thanks!

I didnt find the “first visit $75 any special, the treatment did not even last 5 minutes, the Nurse gave me tons of info but if that’s all the short treatment i am getting, its a waste if money. Plus they only offer me the $250 deal during my visit and if i don’t get it that day, then my charges are more. I am a client of LaserAway and was trying to try if Skin Laundry is any better. The membership deal forces me to get consecutive treatments, but i dont want to, LaserAway make you do any scheduling you like and i like that freedom.
Staff are friendly but i am there for a good skin treatments.

I was surprised that I got a text asking for me to submit my review and it only has been 4 days. The overall experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and informative. The laser facial was not painful at all, and it was quick. Now as far as results, I have had two break outs since I had it. That, I’m not happy about but I’m going to be positive and assume it’s a part of the process and will get better. Every time I break out it leaves a dark spot on my face, UGH! That was my primary reason for coming to try out this expensive facial. Also the products they recommend are very expensive as well. Haha! So we shall see…. That’s the reason for the 3 stars…. I need to see results for 5 stars… and for it not to be getting worse

I’m seriously loving the results of my laser facial treatments. I’ve had two so far and notice a tremendous difference in my skin!

This was going to be my second time getting a facial at this location, I was so excited and had been looking forward to it all weekend! The first time I was seen I was escorted to the bathroom and given a few minutes to wash my face, since that was the impression I had since the first time I expected the same each time. I got there and needed to use the bathroom. I wasn’t greeted upon arriving and when I asked to use the bathroom I received the worst attitude from the front desk girl it was as if it inconvenienced her. At exactly 1: 06pm is when I got out the bathroom and was told I was going to have to be rescheduled bc I used up more than half of my appointment time. Excuse me? You’re telling me my appointment was only 12 min long? Given the fact that I was about to drop a few hundred dollars and was canceled bc I needed to use the restroom as do all human beings was very unprofessional and inconsiderate to say the least. As I walked out the bathroom the lady that was going to do my facial ran into her room as if she was trying to avoid seeing me. The treatment was very unethical and I will not be returning to this location ever again! I traveled over half an hour just to be canceled after 5 minutes and tested poorly! No thank you. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I paid the Founders price of 250 a month. The staff is very polite. The nurses very kind. The founders price gives you up to four 15 minute treatments a month, or the power Duo which is 30 minutes. I just needed the treatment for hyper pigmentation. I was told generally I would need 6 or more treatments. I paid 3 months. One of the nurses told me the treatments don’t real take away hyper pigmentation. It just stops it from getting worse. Another issue is getting more than 15 minutes treatment is a challenge. They are always booked. I was told to see the before and compare it to your after picture would need an extra 15 minutes and that I should book it in advance. Today I finally got a 30 minute treatment and asked them to cancel my membership. I don’t feel like they are up front or accommodating. There services may help people with acne. But for someone with sun damage, don’t waist your money. I was a member for 3 months. Had 8 treatments, all for 15 minutes except the last which was 30.

It's their opening today, they had promo for first and one time visit only $65 facial cleaning.
