I had Botox done for the first time ever and I am hooked!? I was scared at first, didn’t really know what to expect. Dr Blanka Orloff is very kind and gentle, walks you through the process, explains each step and has a way of making you feel safe and comfortable as well as being efficient. Her assistant Sonya is just stunning and is nice and very knowledgeable. I also had a quick conversation with the nurse practitioner Andrea who does most of the other laser treatments as well as the injectables, ivy drips, vitamin shot so and peels. She is also nice and very experienced. I had an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! Satisfied customer

Dr. Blanka and her staff are amazing. I received botox from her 3 weeks ago and I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Blanka's approach is less is more, and I really appreciated that. I would rather start with less and return for more if needed! I highly recommend Skin Matrix,

My fiancé came in for Botox on his forehead and crows feet. He paid $450 and 3 weeks later there was no results. They even took before and after photos and there was no difference between them. They also made the experience very awkward for him and I while we were there. We came back to the room and she said that he needed more Botox and that he needed to pay more money! $450 and there’s no difference? Why should he have to pay more? That’s completely unacceptable and as a business they should make sure their customers are satisfied with the results. He kindly explained that he wasn’t happy with the results and they didn’t want to do anything expect charge more money. This place is a scam! Don’t go here

I had my lips done today with a syringe of Restylane. The office is gorgeous and extremely clean and Dr. Blanka was absolutely phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and a joy to talk to. Will definitely be coming back again and 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Blanka created an amazing medspa that is inclusive and respectful. She is highly attentive to individual needs of the client.

Jen is the most amazing aesthetician! My skin is always beautiful after a session with her. She is thorough and effectively communicates everything that she is doing. She does not pressure you into upgrading, which I really like. She makes great product suggestions as well as ideas for future treatment! I have never worked with an aesthetician like her! I more than highly recommend her!

Nebrina provides excellent care with individualized treatment. She is attentive, patient, and attentive. I cannot recommend her enough as a medspa nurse! She is definitely someone to visit when you need treatment!

What can I say about Alice? She gives the most amazing therapeutic massages. I have been the receiver of massages for many years and I have never had such consistent and beneficial massages. Alice provides massage that balances the mind and body in a safe and respectful way. My only negative is that she only performs massages on Tuesday and Thursday! If you have sore, aching muscles and you want more than a spa-style massage, then schedule one with Alice!

With regard to Skin Matrx, I feel valued and respected as a client! Krystal creates a very welcoming environment. No pretension! The other reception staff need some work in the customer service department though.

I love this place! I'm always greeted so nicely by the staff (all so sweet) and I love Dr. Blanka's approach. She's very attentive, understands my goal, has a great way of explaining things and I trust her expertise. I highly recommend Skin Matrix for all your beauty needs and more:)

Finally decided to take the leap and see professionals about my acne scarring and I wish I did it years ago. Every staff member here was amazing and my hydrafacial was invigorating to say the least. My skin looks fresh and glowing, and I want wait to go back for microneedling to finally kick these embarrassing acne scars to the curb. Shout out to Krystal, the manager, and Jessica, my aesthetician, for making me feel like a VIP and giving me results beyond my wildest expectations. I can not recommend this office and these true experts more.
